Allie at the Allie's Elite Skin Care totally ripped me off. Paid in advance for 3 sessions. I was able to get one and then the cancelations and excuses started. I asked for a refund and she's ghosted me. The manager of the the business won't do anything to help. He's "embarrassed" ....man up Scott. You're no better than her for allowing unscrupulous business owners to lease where you manage. Very disappointing. It's legal thievery.

Crystal at Artistic Designs had been my hair dresser for many years. Her space is funky, has a nice couch and she is very down to earth. I appreciate the convenience of this location especially. Would highly recommend!

Brittany did my hair. Explained what I wanted and showed pictures. Wanted to do a lighter balayage. She said we could do that but said it would be more ashy tones. I agreed and she completely took out the blonde in my hair. Charged me $40 for cutting dead ends. Didn’t even use heat protectant when blow drying my hair. Didn’t style it. It came out looking the same as before but with all of my original blonde taken out for a full yellow/brown. I reached out to her and she is completely avoiding the fact that I’m upset and spent $400. My hair looks worse if not the same with colors I didn’t even ask for. Would have been better off saving my money and going somewhere else. She states that she doesn’t do blonde balayage but there are pictures clearly listed on her Instagram “Texas balayage” I wouldn’t have gone to her if I didn’t think she was capable of doing just that… I feel like I got scammed and wish I could take back the generous tip I left. She will not fix it unless I give her more of my money, it’s disgusting and greedy. Please take your business else where to stylist that actually cares about making their clients feel good and knows what this doing and how to listen to somebody when they are explaining what kind of hair they want.Services: Hairstyling

Horrible experience. Went to Brittany and got charged $340... she totally ruined my hair and when asked to fix it she told me no and to not use purple shampoo ? Lol save your time and money. Scammed?

Very nice salon in a great area! Crystal with Unique Designs did an awesome job on my daughter's hair after a different salon messed it up so bad, we didn't think it was possible to fix.

Brittany did my hair, I was left with bars across the ends of my hair. My hair stylist thought a really bad amateur did my hair and I was too embarrassed to tell him I spent over $300 on it. Also I didn't get what I asked for...I wanted it to be an ombre effect with the ends mostly saturated but all I got was a really skinny highlight effect and then bars on one side of my head (where the blonde shows across the bottom of a layer and then the layer on top is darker so your hair looks very spotty like a leopard). I thought she knew I wanted an ombre look with more blonde around my hair and not just really skinny highlights since you have to send pics on text but when I got there she didn't even do an in-person consultation just briefly asked 1 question and started. Also the booking process was a nightmare and headache and mess. I should have just not dealt with that and went somewhere professional and spent the money on somewhere upscale and not believe the hype on Instagram. On top of it she seemed kind of mad throughout towards me or like she had an ego. I dont care if someone is snobby or has an ego or attitude but if I'm giving hundreds of dollars I'm not paying to kiss your butt or mess around, I'm paying for the skill (that was lacked). I feel like I just wasted my money on hype. HORRIBLE ?? ?? ??
