I never do reviews ever but the woman who works the night shift with the red hair is so rude it compelled me to write one today and I’ve compared my experience to a couple of my friends who have been there and they’ve said they experienced similar things with her pls train her in customer service

The girl there was super odd and kept acting like I was going to steal something. So I asked for the product I was interested in. I did not have my glasses that day so I was trying to read it and she yanked it away like I was going to steal this product. There are literally 5 other shops that sell the same stuff in the area within 2 miles. I went to one and the same product was $10 less. Bad customer service at a store like that is wild, and you're going to try and price gouge me. Avoid this place.

Chloe is my girl!
I live in the middle of downtown and I have No problem driving out of my way to this particular Smokerz Paradise bc of the quality of service I receive from her EVERY-TIME??
There are over a dozen vape shops and even other Smokerz P’s significantly closer to me but.. I don’t mind the drive when I consider the service
If it wasn’t for the kindness.. the patience and the quality level of HELPFULNESS delivered by Miss Chloe I wouldn’t even bother
Plus! Tonight I just so happened to stumble in on while they were having a badA sale on some LEGIT vapes- I walked out with FOUR vapes when 9x out of 10x i walk out with only ONE ☝? (girls gotta mind her budget ??♀️??)
But I scored tonight and capitalized on their epic sale on V-PLAYs ($9 each ?while supplies last yall! Hurry up and Get in there!!!

Cute boy named Randall helped me out today. I couldn't be more impressed! Went in to get a vape and a pre roll and the lady was very rude, didn’t even try and help me or tell me any prices and didn’t look at me one time. Will never come back here again, Raylend is a HORRIBLE customer service sales person.

Really a terrible experience. Bought a piece that had no airflow. I called and they asked me to come in. I then drive to the location, just for them to tell me they don’t have a return policy. This was all within a 30 hour period. Pretty idiotic. Honestly a trashy place overall, wouldn’t recommend it. I genuinely don’t know where these positive reviews came from, likely from them begging customers to write good reviews when they leave the store with a promise of a future discount. I never write reviews but I had to say something here. Definitely better places in the Alamo Heights area that you can go to with cheaper prices and employees who actually enjoy talking to people instead of hating every living second. I am truly excited for the opportunity to tell every single one of my friends in the Alamo Heights area to not come here.
