There should be a price list on the wall. How do you nickel and dime every little thing for a hairstyle AND not give a hairstyle. If you want someone to pay almost $50 for a wash and blowdry, maybe make it a hairstyle that they can walk outside with. Waste of money!!!! Next time, I can ask my kid to blow dry my hair if I want the same result.

Yesterday 6/25 at 4:45pm I went to get my hair cut Amis shoulders because that was what I asked for
They cut it very small ?I cried when I arrived at home...that was not what I expected ?the stylist is a lady with short short hair

When I'm in San Antonio and need a haircut this is the place I go to. An excellent cut all the time.
Stylist: Lorraine is the one who cuts my hair and does an excellent job.

I want to start by saying the stylist who cut my child’s hair did an amazing job. The cut was perfect. My baby looks so freaking cute. What absolutely sucked was the unexpected $16 charge to blow dry her now chin length hair. There was absolutely no mention of an extra charge and I expected a few dollars more, but they charged more for the blow dry than the actual cut. There is NO mention of an up charge for blow drying on their pricing board. If I wanted to spend $32 on my child’s haircut I would have taken her to Cookie Cutters or another child focused salon. I’m only giving one star because the cut itself is good. The stylist would have gotten a $10 tip, but I guess she works on commissions because she neglected to inform me of more than DOUBLING the charge of the haircut for one minute of blow drying.

Took my short hair 92 yr old mom for a hair cut, am told to sign in for an hour wait, since they go by walk in only- no appointments. We go walk around 35 min later, I watch as 3 different customers get a hair cut in which none sign in? Now she says come back in 45 min! Never again, a whole lot better places out there.
