Carrie was very pleasant to work with. I always enjoyed our conversations because she asked questions to understand what I was asking and what the issues were. She made the process smoother than past experiences so I would recommend her and Kika to others.

NOT RECOMMENDED... Taxes were never filed on time for two years, therefore we got hit with thousands of dollars in IRS penalties because they didn't do their job either at all or in a timely fashion. We also own two LLC's so you can imagine how much we've had to dish out to the IRS for this company's "oops, sorry were just so busy" excuses. Stay away from this place, they'll make sure you pay your bill every month but can't even do the job they were hired for.

I've been with Kika and her team for a few years. Ever since my wife did the research for a place to assist with filing business taxes. The experience is wonderful, positive voices on the phone, warm smiles when you enter, and such a true passion for serving their clients.
