Do not buy a sleep number bed. Read the reviews on BBB, the real ones anyway. The sales people will tell you anything to get you to buy a bed. They lie lie lie. Remember the 100 day sleep guarantee is ONLY for the mattress. If the base does not fit your bed, they do not care. Its yours. The reviews are all the same. They are not the same compamy they were 15 years ago when we bought our first sleep number. They do not care about the quality of their products and they certainly do not care about customers. They need to be turned in to the attorney general. #ScamAlert

Amazing experience. We bought a king size sleep number bed. Kim is Amazing. She takes a couple hours to make sure you get the right bed, pillows, and bedding. I have never seen anything like this before. We should have gotten one of these 23 years ago when we got married.

We went in a few days ago, spoke with Kim and she was awesome. She told us that there was an MLK special going that may be gone when we come back, but we wanted to shop and be sure before dropping $$$ on a mattress. We decided to go ahead with Sleep Number, went back yesterday and as we were walking in the store, we saw a sign that says 'SAVE $1,000 on I8 smart bed'.... no disclaimer on the whole sign! (picture attached). This was the same offer from MLK, so we thought everything worked out.We walk inside ready to make our purchase and Andrew, who claimed to be the manager, said that was only for current Sleep Number clients, not for new ones. Therefore, he would not honor the price. We told him that was unacceptable and that we would like the advertised price, especially since there was no disclaimer on the sign to state for current clients only. He still refused.We left... hopped on the computer and found that the Saatva Solaire beats the Sleep Number mattress in every category according to reviews that we read. So, we now have a Saatva mattress ordered! Way to go Andrew!Morale of the store Sleep Number - Honor the signage that you post...simple as that!Update: They called us to follow up. We told them the story and that we decided to go with Saatva. The response, Enjoy your new mattress! No apologies or anything.

Great place. Super friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable staff. I came in to purchase their amazing travel pillow that was recommended to me by my chiropractor. I took the opportunity to try out their sleep number beds which are amazing. The gentlemen who helped me was very knowledgeable about their sleep number beds and explain the benefits of owning one. I am considering one because who doesn't need good quality sleep.

Peyton was an excellent Sleep Number Specialist. My significant other and I had been to other locations to shop for a new mattress, but Peyton really took time to get to know what exactly we needed for out bodies. Also for you military people, they have a great Veteran Day Special.
