We purchased an i10 model in 2021 and discovered 3.5 years later that one of the mattresses was a (lesser) i8 model mattress — which also caused the bed platform to break.
We’ve certainly noticed something was “off” with the mattress being smaller and the fitted sheet always slipping off — but we never would have dreamed the incorrect mattress was installed!
When we called corporate, they offered to replace the i8 mattress with an i10… but what about the 3.5 years we lived with the wrong mattress?
Our problem is not only this error was made, but that Sleep Number refused to take ownership of how we lived with the wrong mattress as long as we did.
While they are finally giving us the correct mattress, we are unimpressed with their customer service, and my hunch is you will be too.

We went into the store and was greeted by Yael (sorry if I spelled it incorrectly) she was amazing, knowledgeable, helpful and she laughed at our antics. She showed us options and made us aware of all that was available. We appreciate your time. Your our favorite don't tell the others.

I can't review the bed yet as it has not yet been delivered. However, I an review the salesperson and to that point she was a on point. A fantastic young lady that knew her product and helped us determine which bed worked for us. She was both articulate and witty which made for an enjoyable transaction.

Do not buy a sleep number bed. Read the reviews on BBB, the real ones anyway. The sales people will tell you anything to get you to buy a bed. They lie lie lie. Remember the 100 day sleep guarantee is ONLY for the mattress. If the base does not fit your bed, they do not care. Its yours. The reviews are all the same. They are not the same compamy they were 15 years ago when we bought our first sleep number. They do not care about the quality of their products and they certainly do not care about customers. They need to be turned in to the attorney general. #ScamAlert

Helpful and fun experience at this location with kaleb g as the sales dude. He wasn’t pushy or overbearing. Super chill and patient and did a great job upselling without making things uncomfortable. Knowledgeable and honest. Love the bed. got the big a$$ full split 360 flex fit w the m7 360 smart bed. Whatever the hell that means, I just know it’s gang gang super comfy, has a cool app, and haven’t slept this good since opanas were a thing. Thank you and give kaleb a raise because he was str8 up vibes.
