We tried to find a certain shoe size, and we could not find at two locations. Drove all the way out to the Alamo Ranch location, and Mandy did not honor the 50% off 2nd pair that was honored by the other two stores. We could have returned 1st pair and and bought again! She claims that district manger Blayne Carver refused to provide good customer service to a very loyal customer to the brand. Will be filling an official complaint to get this matter addressed. Lack of customer service and professionalism is astonishing at this location. We do not appreciate how poorly this was handled

I love going to the sketcher warehouse in Southwest San Antonio. The crew at the store are awesome. Anything you need they’re there to help I bought five pairs of shoes. And one of the pairs I bought have two the same so I took them back and no problems got them returned.

I chose two very good pairs of sneakers here with different soles and different models for my feet!!! very comfortable soft and now I can work all day on my feet! Also, affordable prices and a different system of discounts, one of them, when purchasing a second pair, is a 50% discount on the lowest price. I recommend!

I went here during the morning and very few customers were there. They a buy one get one a half price sale going on. I like their selection of comfortable shoes. They also have a rewards program. I did have to wait for one of the staff to come to the front register to check out. She was friendly and assisted me with a question I had.
