On June 17, 2024, I bought some work boots which I did not use immediately because the use is as my job requires. The reason I bought them was because it said they were slip resistant, electrical and waterproof, which is what I need for my work. I used them for the first time this week on two occasions and water got inside while I was walking and I also slipped and suffered a fall resulting in an injury to my leg. I went to the store for a return because I am not satisfied with the purchase and the employee who helped me told me that I had to find the manager because I do not have the purchase receipt (I bought them on June 17 according to my account statement) and because They are used. When the manager arrives, she very rudely tells me that she cannot make the change and started laughing mockingly. This was the last purchase I made from Skechers. Since I am a polite person, I took the merchandise and left the store. I urge the Company to train its employees and give them an Ethics class, which is very much needed by that lady.

I visited this store with my wife and 2 kids at 6:40pm and a female employee came to me with an aggressive tone saying we close at 7pm so make sure you are out of here soon. I didn't like what she says but I pretended I wasn't bothered because I already knew what I wanted. I got first shoes, then I asked the same employee if she could help me find the size I needed for a second pair of shoes. She came to me and she says sir I see that you are still here and I had already told you we close at 7pm. I told I don't understand why you are talking to me this way and you already told me you close at 7pm and it is barely 6:55pm. She responded I'm just telling you that if you take 4 minutes longer I will be closing the register. I didn't like that so I told her no need to find me that size I didn't come here to be treated this way. She says ok fine the door is still open you can leave while she was standing by the door. While I was walking out I told her you really need to learn how to be kind and treat you clients. Employee responded I really don't care at all and closed the door aggressively before 7pm. I will never be a Sketchers client anymore.

i ordered some work shoes from curbside pickup. my order said it was still processing, but it had been some days. after a long shift in my uncomfortable shoes, i decided to just come in the store myself and see if they had them ready in store. 3 ladies were up front standing and chit chatting to each other . I saw the shoes on the shelf and let them know that i had been waiting on the order that was sitting right there. one girl fleed from the register the minute i came to the register. i didn’t receive a “sorry for the delay” or anything. just an “can i see the email?… perfect”. i’m glad i got my shoes but curbside pickup should never be this difficult & inconvenient.

The store overworked their employees. I am beginning to normally see one person working by themselves, which is not safe the stores clean at times. The way the stores run is not good.

I really appreciate that skechers has fashionable wide and extra wide shoe options for men. We come to your store at least 2-3 times a year specifically to buy this type of shoe. On many of those visits we have also bought kids and women's shoes as well. I also purchases women's socks and clothing. I also love your women's hoodie and yoga pants sets.
