I drove on a spare to get to the shop, and the guy who I spoke to was very rude. He didn't wanna seem to help me at all, and he said he didn't have time for that and that he wouldn't make time to get the tires I needed and told me it would take 2 or 3 hours just to get the tires and he didn't give me any prices on the tires or the oil change I needed. I went down the street to a bigger chain which is something I don't want to do because I think we should support local businesses but when they give you poor customer service thats what makes people go to the bigger chains like Discount Tire and for me to only be there 40 mins with beautiful new tires and rotated and balanced and now i dont have to worry about them for as long as I have my car. They were very cool dudes there, and they were all friendly and willing to help, and they didn't try to push sales on me or anything. They got me what i needed. The keyword "NEEDED" and I was on my way. I highly recommend going to Discount Tire on Military and Goliad. Overall, Simon's Tire Shop was, without a doubt, an extremely poor experience, and even his demeanor was off. He had a very poor attitude, and he really needs to work on that, and no new customers should feel like they don't matter. My very first time going there and having a shitty experience. All businesses really need to start doing better.

Went in for a tire repair, they looked busy but still had excellent customer service. They were polite fast and fair price.

They did the Tune-up on my car and it runs great and they treated me with kindness and a with good timely manner and the results were great and affordable.

First time having a flat fixed here and I will definitely be back. Had to find a nearby tire shop in a pinch and am glad I found them. I stopped in with a small nail in my tire and luckily for me there was no one ahead of me. The moment I pulled in the tech jumped right on it. He was friendly and helpful.... he was positive and took care of it in less than 10 minutes and had me on my way. Also, they are very reasonably priced compared to other nearby independent tire shops. This is my new "go-to" tire shop.

Great repair shop, very reasonable and great work. Hope you don’t have to use them but if you need a tire repair and probably anything else they do. I would recommend them.

Employees were kind and fast. I spend about 30 minutes, but because I had 5 people in front of me, at that they were fast. I'll keep going there.

I can not say thank you enough to these guys! I called Discount tire and they had a 3+ hour wait for a tire patch but they did recommend this shop, called and was told they were about to close but to bring it by anyways. Got there and my vehicle was taken immediately and done in less than 10min! Thank you all again!!!

They do fantastic work here. I’ve bought over 8 sets of tires from this shop. If you wanna deal with good local people who own a local business this is the place to go.

Danny and his Crew are Amazing. Easy to talk to and he explains what needs to happen.
They are all Honest and will help out as much as you can.
