We went shoe shopping for school here and Lacy at the rolling oaks mall was very attentive and gets you exactly what you need, he is a hard worker and will go back and forth and find different shoes you want to look at just so you can go home with the perfect shoes.

I just got the most amazing service from D, at Rolling Oaks Shoe Palace. He went out of his way to assist me even calling Norh Star to save some shoes I needed for my son. I got some sharp looking Nike air for my grandson and some clothes for all 4 of the grandkids- 30% off! He really made my shopping experience the very best.

I walked in and was greeted by a worker named Xavier. He was very helpful and patient while helping me find the shoe that fit me best. Great selection and great costumer service would shop there again.

I went today looking for a certain shoe. I asked the young lady working there to find a certain size for me. She never returned or told me she was going on a break. That's ridiculous to not even let me know you weren't looking. I waited for her. Had to ask someone else where she was. Not a good place to go.

Visited shoe palace by my house and I asked store assoc. if they could price match shoepalace.com and was immediately told no, didnt really understand why so I contacted two other stores and spoke with Marquise who was very friendly said he doesnt know the answer but will cal me back. And thats why I rate this dude 5/5, no bs answers and not afraid to find an answer for me.
