the service is terrible and the store is so small and its crowded with customers. and then when i got my air force 1s they gave me a pair that go on the same foot so i had to get a return.

Kind of messy. But that is caused by customers being lazy and not putting things back where they belonged. Didn't find much wide width shoes; none in my brother's size.

Wide selection of shoes and very clean store. The girl helping me went above and beyond and was very attentive. Kudos to her for her great attitude and customer service. This is my favorite SP store out of the other two I have visited.

First one on military was very helpful and knowledgeable but did have what I wanted but they found a pair at another store had them put on hold for me, great service, other store in Ingram acted like they didn't know where the shoes are finally brought them out and just gave em to me didn't offer any other help doubt I'll go back there even if they are the only place that has em waiting for them if I ordered them would be the same service.

This location has always been our preference. I've visited Champs who is right next door but nvr will I spend my money with that chain. My loyalty remains with Shoe Palace. They're polite Attentive respectful and ready to accommodate our shopping needs. Special gratitude to Paul and Thomas. Great guys. They are the ones that displayed the description above. Paul makes us feel like friends. Helped make my son's birthday wished reality!

I was visiting for a healthcare conference at the Grand Hyatt. The sales associate named LeRoy was very helpful and attentive to any questions I had about merchandise in their store. I ended my visit with buying a full sweat cut and sew appearance/color blocked green sweat suit.

The employees at the Ingram location are very friendly, helpful and attentive. I've visited the store a few times and I always get the same great service. The store manager was very helpful with questions I had regarding shoes I ordered online. I'll definitely be buying my shoes from this location.

People are rude. They barely have any shoes. We went twice to pick out shoes because we had received a gift card to this place for Christmas both times the gift card reader was down. Can't even order online because their website is trash. They will not let you return shoes if it looks like they've been worn even if they haven't.

I often have a hard time in this store. Its crowded and loud, and really hard to focus. Today wasn't so bad. We had a GREAT associate helping us. He seemed like he was on his way out when he noticed we need help, came right over and helped us. We didn't find what we were looking for but he helped us with tips for finding it elsewhere. He offered us alternatives that under most circumstances would be suitable (this time we were looking for something very specific). I wish all my experiences here were like this one. I might not go anywhere else.
