They are incapable. There is no other way to put it. It boggles the mind how awful they are. We have been dealing with home Healthcare companies for nearly a decade and they are the worst by a HUGE margin. It's taken months to get care set up and they still sent a product that sucks. Avoid if you can.

Horrible Horrible Service! Extremely LONG phone wait times. They do not call you to let you know when they have not received an updated prescription which then leaves you playing a back and forth game of them not receiving the presciption when the doctor says they have sent it. Very Frustrating!

Shield Healthcare medical supplies are TERRIBLE!! Their representatives are rude and dismissive. They do nothing to help supply amount adjustments, they treat you as though you are bothering them. I've been with this company for about 6 months now, only received my suppliers 3 times, not the right amounts so I have to still spend money I don't have for supplies that are covered by my insurance.... this company has been a nightmare to work with!! BEWARE

Quick to ship supplies, only thing I absolutely hate is that you cannot speak to someone in the office ?. When you call,y are thrown into a que line some generic operater answers and sends you to another rep then, another one before the call center calls the office for you and you then finally you get transferred to someone in the office. I do not have this issue with Wave care or Alliance health care. If I wanted to call the 1800# I would, when I call the 210 # for your office I expect the office. If you don't want to speak to anyone just post the 1800 # and save every one time. If I could make it to the office I would. Planning to switch all my kids to Wave. Shield can't even follow up on orders. I waited over a month to receive the wrong order and I have to call and get it fixed only it never gets fixed. Doc has sent script many times yet they do not receive it. And I have to keep calling and calling this annoying phone line to get no where.

Amazing customer service. I went in to see if they had supplies for my newborn’s rash, and they took the time to find samples and recommended some products to help her little butt. So grateful.
