They did color match a small sample I give them that but they sold me on the concept of that it would be better to buy a gallon of paint that it would be cost efficient than a quart and the person who service me said it would be 20 dollars which it was twice the amount when all I needed was a quart.

This Sherwin-Williams store is where I get the best customer service. I chose this to be my home store because it is clean, they always have what I need in stock, and the customer service is incredible. I am a contractor and time is important to me. These guys always take care of my needs in a timely manner. Thank you to Justin, April, and the entire team for always being on top of it.

Came in to check if a new build home paint color was on file. No one behind the counter. Person came out did not say one word. Asked then let me know probably not this store. Said nothing. Pretty unwelcoming. 9/10/22 around 3:23pm. Hopefully another location can help.

Excellent customer service! I called nearly every paint store in San Antonio for very specific paint from masonry, vinyl siding, and metal only to be met with “No we don’t carry that” or “ I have no idea”. However Josh helped me not only solve my painting problems he also made great suggestions to make sure my timeline stayed on track and went above and beyond even having to pull inventory from other locations. I cant recommend this store enough. I will be back for my next painting project.

Can I just say that Josh at sherwin Williams store located at 1235 Austin Hwy is amazing!! Thank you Josh for going the extra mile and getting me my paint! Other SW associates need to take a lesson from this fine young man and follow his example. Thank you again josh!!

The quality of the paint speaks for itself. The staff on Austin Hwy is friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Ask for Joseph, he's super helpful, and he answered all my questions relating to my paint project. It was an overall positive experience.
