The employees were very rude at this location even from walking in I can tell these girls either dont want to be there or dont want to serve another young girl like me. To begin with the time I spend there was way to long the jeans are all over the place counldnt find my size and its all over crowded. This line was moving so slow and you can imagine my frustration wheb I had to stand in line twice to be checked out all because there was a sale on jeans and I went to go pick put a second pair that was free. The older lady who helped me passed me off to another young girl the second time and had her looking for my things instead of just ringing me up. Which also had a bad attitude with me, Worst customer services ever.

Went by for work boots, they didn't have much options and when I got a clearance blanket from there, the cashier that helped me was kinda rude. She had long fake nails, curly hair. Not coming to this location.

Hands down absolutely the worst company to work for!! The management only cares about the sales and rates, not the employees nor the customer. They do not abide by Their own policies at all! Even after working for this company I didn't think it could get worse, the customer service needs a lot work. No manners from anyone in the building, constantly making excuses about their policies and poor management. Most stores do not welcome you in, do not ask if you need help finding anything, they don't check up on you, and if they do all they care about is up selling you. I will not be back, all bootbarn does it prove to you why you shouldn't shop there.

I love Boot Barn !!!! I go when they have but two get one free clearance. They are still expensive, but not as expensive if you didn't get one free. Especially when you know you would pay whatever, as everything there is nice!!! You still win with your free item,!!!!?

Went in to get work boots for my son. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Told the salesman what we were looking for, and he had us out the door with a great pair of boots in 20 minutes. I will definitely go back.

Small store but has enough inventory to shop for. Looking for steel toe women's shoes and socks buy selection was limited compared to other locations. Will have to shop on line and see if it fits.

Had a great experience at a number of different Boot Barn locations in San Antonio this weekend while looking for some clothes and hats.This branch had the best selection of items for me personally and the staff were super helpful, in particular Misty who could not have helped more.I left with multiple items with great savings in the sale.I look forward to returning next time I'm in Texas. Thank you.
