Make sure to count your change and see how much gas they give you. The dude with glasses tried cheating me out of $10 gas, thinking I wouldn’t notice. Argued with me for five minutes, then the idiot ended up apologizing and giving me the remaining money that was supposed to be for gas.

I went into this gas station at the front desk asking for feminine products and then the cashier started yelling at his employee very rudely saying "were closed why didn't you lock the door!!" The employee replays "its not my job to lock the doors that is your job" then the cashier looked at me horribly yelling were closed, then I stood there in shock because he just kept yelling at me? Then the cashier started yelling at me asking " what do you want what do you need!!" Then I said I just needed gas and feminine products but I saw he how aggressive he was being towards me and I just ended up getting gas instead. And I walked out but I really needed those feminine products but I was scared because the cashier just kept yelling at me. Do not go to this gas station because the employees or whomever the cashier was might me the owner but he treats his customers like trash when we are the ones who put money into his pocket, if anything he should be fired for his poor customer service and professionalism. Do not go to this gas station you will be treated poorly I suggest to go to a different location, witch are the valero down and up the street..The signDid say they were open so it wasn't my fault when i came and walked in I do not recommend this store, if I could give 0 stars I would definitely do so.

Not 24 hours. I bought a carwash at the pump. After filling the tank i found there was no receipt paper for the gas pump, to print the code for the carwash I'd purchased. There was no employee inside and the phone number provided by google is bonus. I am now obligated to return to this location before work to request a carwash code or refund for the carwash.

Staff are friendly but IDK what's up with their system. I never receive my fuel rewards discounts here.

Stay away from this station. Out of all the stations in the area, next to 410, this station charges more than the other stations. I have never seen this station charge less than other stations, and take into account that there are two stations right across 410.

Horrible--go somewhere else. Not sure what's up with the lady that runs the counter. She refused to answer a simple question about a product, gave attitude during my purchase, and proceeded to insult me (as in, personal verbal blows) for pulling out my I.D. to make an age-specific purchase. Why? Why make a mundane transaction personal? Furthermore, not sure what all to think about their sign on the door, but it apparently reflects their expectance of negativity from others. I'll take hard-earned money to business owners who appreciate that they're part of a community.

I always love my experience here at the store only when I go later in the day though . When I go in the mornings(8/9am) the lady that works there ( the taller one not the small woman that works mostly evenings) she’s extremely rude . Always commenting on people’s age, in a bad way, When checking ID, that’s unprofessional!! As well as insulting. As a woman her self she would know commenting on a woman’s age .. or any age is rude . My fiancé and sis in-law has problems with her being disrespectful as well . I’m not one to hold my breath and walk away but I did this time because I mean it’s the holidays but come on ... I hate going in the mornings .Now the rest of the staff is wonderful and friendly and love doin my trips only when they are working .

Aprently these folks are taking it upon themselves to expand the Face Covering order, and only serving those with hospital style masks. I couldn’t find my regular mask in the car before paying for gas, so wrapped a towel around my face. But that wasn’t good enough. I was Refused service.These folks need to read the order.

The prices always seem fair here. I always use FuelRewards so that gives me a little boost in gas prices. Haven’t been inside the store so I cannot say how it is on the inside. The pumps have been vandalized unfortunately, and the screens are scratched up. Haven’t used the car wash either so I cannot comment on that.

HORRIBLE CX SERVICE I come here often I patronize this store. I bought a car wash that just wet the car and honestly did not clean the car..I Went inside and politely asked thre oriental manager if I could wash it again OR get a refund.. she said she couldn't do it.. fine cone outside and look...? she did she came out and seen it did nothing.. she tried to compromise by saying it wouldn't clean her car.. so basically admitting it was a bad wash.. great..I asked to speak with the owner. she tried to get out of it a few times..I INSISTED.. she called the owner and went out of site.. so I couldn't hear.. came back and said. that I had to buy another.. look character and integrity I'd all we' gabe left in this world.. you get more with sugar than salt..I COMPLETELY UNDERSTAND WHATEVER COMES WITH THE WORD "NO" thr way you say anything goes along way. I could of easily made a scene over something she had no control of.. think about it..I asked her to do something that meant nothing to her physically or financially.. her bad attitude as a manager shows what kind if owner this establishment has..I will never spend money here again. AND encourage everyone not to patronize this business. please don't shop here and def don't buy a car wash.. love and respect.. be easy and treat people like you want to be treated.
