This has been the worst experience at a gas station in my whole life. I pulled up to put gas. I paid with my card at the pump. The two guys working inside we’re just staring at me until one of them came outside to tell me that they were going to close at 11 and they needed to leave. I told the person that the pump was taking forever. He took a look, and he saw that it was really slow after another five minutes they just shut off the pump and they left. I had never had this happen at any gas station in my whole life.

I've never been made to feel more unwelcome in a gas station before. One employees who was walking to the back stopped as soon as you saw me walk through the door to keep an eye on me while the cashier stared me up and down even after I walked to the counter to pay. Didn't say a word to me, just looked me up and down.

False advertising, I catch the counter guy in a complete lie. He tells me he doesn't have the authority to change pricing. But he will leave signs out that say 2 bottles of water for 5 dollars and then they ring up 10 dollars. Does he take down or remove the sign nope. I bet there are several items in this store that ring up higher than the posted price. Illegal!

the man at the counter top is so incredibly rude!! Had a friends brother go buy drinks for my father since my father is sick and cannot drive right now. he stated that his ID was fake and took it out of his hand and was being disrespectful to him. The guy with the glasses do not buy with him. Tried to call the cops nobody would come down. Never going here again. Worst gas station in all of SAN ANTONIO!!

My truck had a flat.. and I was desperate. Pulled up to the air machine, tried to use the credit card option. My card was denied & I only had one dollar on me. It’s a $1.50 to use the machine.I went into the store with my one dollar & the cashier heard me out as I explained that I tried to use my card outside on the machine. I first asked him if I could use my card to get cash back from inside… That failed (my cash app card was acting up).Then I held up my one dollar and asked him if I could somehow pay inside with my card… For that service. And he just smiled… Took my dollar & handed me the extra .50 cents I needed to air up.Seriously… Cannot stress this enough. That is what makes a great business. A great store. A great community.Thank you. I plan to return the .50 cents to the store this week on my way to my mothers house. ☺️& pay it forward like he did. A very stressful moment. So, easily fixed with kindness & understanding.

This was my first time shopping here. I live in Oklahoma, so my valid driver's license registers an Oklahoma number.He claimed that he would not accept my license the next time unless I obtained a texas license. Again this was my first time visiting, and I am not from Texas, so I cannot even legally get a texas license..I decided not to purchase anything from this man, but regretfully already filled up my tank.

I would never go to this place again, due to my wife's european accent the clerk would not accept her debit card and told her she could only use cash, even though the customer before her used a card.

Usually, the people in here are incredibly friendly, but I don't know what stick was crawled up the man's butt this morning. I tried to pay at the pump with my card, but the pump was telling me my card was declined (which isn't right), so I went in to pay with my card at the register. The man behind the counter had his arms crossed and absolutely refused to even try my card, stating it was declined and I needed to call my bank. I nicely told him it is a problem with his pump, not my bank. After him being incredibly rude and out right telling me I was in the wrong, I drove twenty feet over to the 7/11 next door and, guess what, my card works and it was a problem with his pump. I don't know who this man thinks he is, especially to be rude to someone politely just trying to pay, but he should really try to reevaluate himself.

It is a bad gas station, it never has what I am looking for, the morning worker does not give good service, and the air pump does not work, I will not return there.
