Last time I check a green card according to Texas law is acceptable for Identification for buying a beer! I smell a discrimination suit in your near future! So to the cashier that refused my husband a beer after a long day in this dang sun of building homes across this beautiful San Antonio city! When he is legally here and you want to give him a hard time ! Hope you have the horrible day you deserve!!!

I am a OTR truck driver all I wanted to do is cash in a $200 scratch ticket and the lady in the main building of the Petro said she couldn't do it so I took it to this Shell she counted all her money in her drawer and she didn't have it , but she at least tried. She called the fuel desk at the Petro and asked them if they could cash it and they said yes . So to the young lady at shell thank you and she gets 5 stars but the shell itself is a little small so it gets 4

Went here at 9:45pm to get a bag of ice. The lady inside said that the cooler was already locked for the night and she would not unlock it after its been locked. Felt like i was discriminated against. Took all my will not to destroy the store. Definitely lost a customer for life.

The pump card readers are always giving errors, or seem to be down. The cashiers are always emotionless and cold. They will not even offer free air if you're purchasing from the store and you obviously need cash to get air. I find that I have 1 dollar cash on me but get told it's 1.50. Still no assistance and then get told that its a separate entity....fine but i also know most gas stations offer it with purchase and the control is also inside the store as well out. I go there because I use my rewards and its right by my office; however, today was my last visit.
