  I show up at 12:20pm, the man working the counter had placed a piece of paper on the window stating the store would be closed until 12:30. So I wait outside. 12:37pm so I walk up to see if maybe he unlocked the door and I hadn’t noticed, and it was still locked. He looked extremely upset. That I would try opening and knocking on the door. I stayed for additional 4-5 minutes and still. Nothing. Absolutely horrible attitude and service.

  Marcus from this location is extremely rude and inconsiderate. I went to get gas this evening and my car battery died at one of the pumps. Auto Zone being less than 5 minutes away, I had my friend come pick me up to go purchase a new battery for my car. I went inside to let the attendant know I would be back. He informed me I needed to PUSH my car to a parking spot. I told him I was by myself at the time and my friend coming was also a female and didn’t know if we could push it, I also mentioned it was pouring rain. He wanted me and my friend to push the car to a spot in the pouring rain while I went 5 minutes up the road to get a battery. I told him I was not going to be able to move it, which he responded with “well I’m gonna call to get the car towed.” This is the worst customer service ever. The stress of having my car already die, it pouring rain and me being alone and him adding additional stress for no reason. I had to send my friend to get a battery while I waited in my car with no heater in the cold. While I was waiting he came out to ask me why I was still there…as if I had the choice to go anywhere. Extremely rude man, will not return to this gas station.

  I want to share the extraordinary service this team provides. From the time you walk in, their first comment is "welcome or nice to see you again."Then it''s followed by asking do you want to add your regular goodies or already have them at the counter.My experience here has been amazing with the guys on duty.All a reflection of good management by Elizabeth. It's nice to walk in and they all know what you need and want. This has been beyond the best service at a convenient store I've encountered.I thank you, this amazing team for the integrity they carry and honor. You always make me drop by just to say hi and yes buy something.Keep up the amazing work you do to service our community. YOU ARE APPRECIATED!!

  I go here almost daily for energy drinks,lotto and gas.I usually never have bad service until today.I had a lotto ticket with a winnings of 100 dollars. The cashier refused to cash it out for me.He stated he couldn't because I would compromise his change for future customers. I don't understand what that has to do with me.I don't like how they can take my money but refuse to give me my money when I win a lotto ticket??? So, he basically compromised me coming here and being a customer. I went to 711 right after and was given my cash,no issues.

  This man charged me twice for a fountain drink . I filled it but it had to much foam ,I waited then I filled it again. And when I paid a drink that cost $2.05 ended up being $4.05. When I asked he got mad and said to leave and not come back. I suggest people go somewhere else. I will never return here

  Gloria has always provided the best customer service here! I accidentally had two twenties stuck together and she realized they were stuck together and i didnt even notice..... im soo happy she did! Thank you Gloria!

  Droopey eyed clerk... needs to go... on a Friday night he closed the doors 5 minutes+ before midnight, then meandered to get the easily accessible Budlight I wanted, by the time he was done wondering around it was to late to buy.

  This place is awful at night; somehow every time I stop there, I live across the street, at night, it's “closed”. It's 24 hours supposedly. The same young guy is always there, no explanation, just makes the slashing across neck sign, implying they are closed. I'm not sure how they're always closed when I go by, but there was literally someone leaving the window when I pulled up, but “closed” for me, odd. The 7/11 a couple blocks down is super clean and friendly, and acutely 24 hours a day, with friendly staff, I might add.
