I either have to come here or to walzam and 1516 both I don't like but I guess if you want a clean and friendly place go to 1516 and walzam. This gas station is dirty and if you go in on your to way to work before 6am you will see Alex most likely, he's either sitting in the office or just somewhere doing nothing because the store is always dirty never stocked and Alex can say werid Inappropriate things. He is slow and when you need to be at work people trying to get in and out. He will always just give free things out to certain people. I can't stand this store they never have bottles of unsweetened tea either which I've brought up before. Just don't go unless you can't get anywhere without stopping. This was my last straw this morning.

getting business done when people have to leave for work and he makes me so uncomfortable. I would rather see the younger blonde that works over night I guess when Alex is off personally. I guess I'll get up even sooner for work so I can stop somewhere else. Come on Dean find a better overnight that isn't going to be off sitting somewhere or closing the doors saying he's doing a closing report to only see him sitting on his phone with the doors locked.

I’ve been a regular customer at the Shell gas station located at 7660 Old Seguin Rd Hwy 78, San Antonio, TX 78244, where I frequently stop to get gas and alcoholic beverages. Unfortunately, my recent experiences at this location have left me extremely dissatisfied.
This store has become a haven for loiterers and suspicious individuals, making the environment feel unsafe and unwelcoming. One employee, Austin, with colored hair, seems completely indifferent to the situation. He allows people who appear to be homeless or involved in questionable activities to roam freely inside the store, often bothering paying customers. The presence of these individuals outside and inside the store raises serious concerns, leading me to question whether there is something more going on, such as drug transactions involving the store’s employees.
On top of this, when I attempted to purchase alcohol—a routine purchase I’ve made countless times at this location—Austin insisted on carding me, despite seeing me almost every day. What’s even more frustrating is the clear bias in his actions. I’ve noticed that the individuals lingering around the store, who often seem to be intoxicated, never get carded. This double standard is unacceptable.
The combination of poor management, lack of safety, and Austin's unprofessional behavior has led me to the decision that I will no longer be visiting this Shell station. I hope the management takes notice and makes the necessary changes, starting with better training for employees and stricter control over who is allowed in the store.

This place never has receipt paper in the “pay at pump” machine. Telling the customer to “see the cashier” for receipt as a matter to business practice is absolute laziness. I expect more from a franchise like Shell, it’s the only reason I stop here is for the gas. I am now motivated to research more about gasoline and find an alternative station because this is too frustrating for my hard earned money. RESPECT YOUR CUSTOMERS

Don't waste your time or money getting a carwash here. Carwash will take your money but the only thing that works is the Rinse cycle and of course they don't offer a refund... waste of time and money.

Go to station for gas on way to Ft Sam. Alternate is FM 3009 and I-35 South if in area. However watch out for FEDEX trucks. Usually packed with them when they're heading out for deliveries from warehouse off FM 3009 just west of intersection. Station always clean and drives are good shape.

Name on receipt says: jasmine MartinezI and the family always go to this gas station. It might be the last time. The cashier was VERY RUDE, talking on her personal phone and not paying attention to customers. I bought beer and the price was $21.99 and she charged me 23.99 it's only 2 dollars but and it's okay but when I told her it was is displayed 21.99 she said very rude "I'dunno " and I asked you don't know? But you work here "I DONT KNOW, DO YOU WANT THE BEER OR NOT"? she said, so I just payed and left. I called asking for the manager but wasn't available. So very unpleasant experience and pathetic employee. Before I left I went back and took a picture of the price and recipt.

Pumps are never working properly or at all. Facility inside and outside filthy and requires attention. On the positive side the folks that work their are top notch. They do their best but it appears corporate doesn't care about this location.

Fuel is fairly priced and the shop is always clean. I finally opted for the car wash and I'm here now. It's a \\\"touchless\\\" wash, which I cannot stand because they always leave a dirt film, no matter how much you spend. I'll update when it's done and I'm home.\ \ Update: made it home and this pressure washer automated car wash is just the same as all of the others in its class: garbage. I wish I could get a refund. I knew it was still dirty, before I even got through the dryer. Dropped to 2 stars.
