If I can give negative stars I would. Today the cashier made a big scene and started accusing my husband of stealing a soup. Why? because he is African American. My husband was in his work uniform on his lunch break and was just using the microwave to heat up the soup that he took for lunch as well as his other lunch. She judged him just because of the color of his skin. Why would my husband pay for a drink but not a soup. Make it make since.

Cashiers are not very friendly, some days are just terrible to interact with. Gas is consistently the most expensive in the area. Only reason for the 2 stars instead of 1 is that the convenience store has pretty much anything you need in a pinch but highly recommend the QT across the street.

Unfriendly cashiers... makes it so easy to go across the street to QT where they at least greet EVERYONE that walks in!

I didn't realize that their gas pumps are set to not give you the carwash option, but that option gives you the better price that's similar to Quick Trip's regular price ($4.09) across the street. My car needed the wash, and when I noticed it did not appear initially, I hoped it would appear before the receipt. It did not, so I was left paying the higher ($4.29/gal) gas price. On my SUV that was an added $7 difference. Plus, I then had to pay extra for the car wash. It was a bad wash, so lesson learned! This place is convenient, but not worth the dishonest practice & I'll go to the new car wash at Exxon on 1604/Naco next time!!

Expensive gas, I’m almost always forced to go inside cause the card readers outside don’t work(this is the only gas station I have to do that which is a massive waste of time), seems like they get annoyed every time I try inputting my shell rewards number, and I wouldn’t have even written a review especially on a gas station, if an overweight employee around 20-30 years of age maybe Indian nationality hadn’t yelled out that my card was declined to the whole store. I almost responded with a mean comment talking about his weight and smell but I didn’t, I simply paid for my things and walked out.

QT is way better. Camila's restaurant not associated with the shell is outstanding. They don't connect from the inside.

New to this location.... purchased a car wash as I always have from other shell locations. Didn’t try and use it until today (only 10 days later), just find out it expired. Looking at the receipt it expired 1 week after my purchase. Give me a break! Never gas up or buy anything from here again.

We have been regular customers for a year since we moved in this neighborhood. I have heard it was locally owned so prices are a little higher than QT across the street but we are the loyal type. Small businesses can't really compete but some have a southern, family type quality when you walk in the door. Small stores that offer a value worth paying the extra cents for care and understanding for their customers that is the only thing that will keep customers coming back. Today is my last time I will come to this store. My husband went in to make a purchase with quarters only, this is the first time we always pay with our debit/credit card. We were told our quarters wouldn't be accepted. Money is money not to mention a one time convenience for a loyal customer. And this is how you lost another neighborhood customer who will spread the word.

Great customer service very clean and neat store they have a good varieties of craft beers prices are very reasonable love their car washes. Always happy and pleased to gas and shop at this location.

This is a horrible gas station!! EXTREMELY rude to customers and act like we are a bother to them. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN!! wish I could give negative stars cause I would!!
