Bathrooms– not sanitary whatsoever! First thing I notice is a really bad sewer like smell, sink and floors are disgusting and not to mention soap dispenser is broken! What’s the point of a key if the bathroom still look disgusting!!!

Laura has the worst customer service ever. She is not one bit helpful. Called a different shell and they helped me as much as they could. It takes nothing to be helpful to a customer.

Beware of the maskless low lives begging for money here. The store allows them to hang out here, and hit customers up for money. Some bums have been very aggressive. This Shell location is horrible.

On 6/17/2020 , the store clerk said , " don't throw it away bring it back so the store can get credit " . I'd bought a pint of 2% milk , which ended up being spoiled . I completely forgot to check the expiration date . I'd called the store . And , the clerk on duty said the above . I'd said , " it's only $1.50 " . And , " it's also the store employees to check for expired dates " . Or the delivery driver's job .

According to a recent survey. There is a man 👺that waits around the store everyday and as soon as you park to pump fuel he comes up to you and asks you for money💰💵. Doesnt matter what side of the store you park at he will find you. He is visible🔎 from the street if you pay attention. Have your dollars ready.
