Cashier entered the wrong pump # and wouldn’t budge putting gas on the right pump when someone else gladly took off with my $25 in gas!!! I’ve called corporate and emailed and no response. I called to speak with the manager and the girl said “ oh I don’t know where she’s at!” Umm I need my gas in MY vehicle!!! I had to go the next day to another place to put gas :( :( added shell receipt that I didn’t get and had to get gas in the morning at HEB!!!

Gas jumped 30 cents overnight. Don't come here unless you have change to give to the methies that live here.

This Shell gas and convenience store located on the corner of s Roosevelt and Steves is 24hr. It has Great coffee, fresh donuts, pizza and breakfast sandwiches. They have good prices on gas and smokes and great friendly customer service no matter when you stop by! Parking lot a little busy so be careful when pulling in.

Avoid at all cost. The staff is rude went there to pick up a snack. The guy working there rushed me a paying customer an another guy that was a paying customer out of the store so he could clean. He even went as far as to make fun of the guy because he was looking a different items in the store. There was zero customer service or professionalism.

The manager Christine 1) I understand needing to ID for cigarettes and not wanting to be written up. 2) what I don’t understand if you need to ID for cigarettes does that rule not apply for lottery scratch offs as well since the age to legally buy them is 21? If I’m not mistaken yes it does. 3) Not taking your lazy self outside to go get me the corporate number when in all reality you should have it behind the counter of your establishment. Just because it is your birthday doesn’t mean you get special treatment and shouldn’t do your job as a manager. All I’m saying is be ready for that write up you were so desperately trying to avoid. I will be calling to get you fired or that write up as you were explaining that you were so worried about.

Don't get me wrong, a few of the girls working here at this location give great customer service, but there is one that is almost always on her phone when I get a quick bite to eat or put gas in my vehicle. Her name Sabrina.

very rude store clerk that she didnt want to let me use the restroom since they have one for the public SHE wasn't very nice AND it's very unpleasant and dirty in the restrooms
