I spend a lot of money at Shell (two cars, truck, two Harley’s). This one told me they no longer provide a restroom, AFTER I spent $50 on gasoline. I will k no it stop here again.

The restaurant inside is PHENOMENAL, stop by Today. Sadly, that's where the magic ends. Depending on the cashier, your experience will be different. Often unpleasant. They also don't post prices so they charge you what they want to.
Customers will stop patronizing places where they're mistreated, they seem to not understand that.

Not a stop for any field personal. I am a Nurse stop for a cup of coffee and bathroom break. Cashier said no Restroom available and door is locked. A sign is up bathroom for a paying customer's only. Working out hear in the field in San Antonio TX. Not every Gas station sees hard working Texans the same. 👎👎👎👎👎 …

Very Friendly cashiers that offer good customer service along with money orders upon request.They have a good variety of snacks and cold drinks and ATM Kiosks are also available plus The Mexican fast food restaurant inside sells good tacos and they have an extended menu. Store is clean inside and outside with handicap accessibility and handicap parking in front. Good all around neighborhood Gas station and Convenience store.

You have a defiantly stay AWAY from that Gas Station!!! Service is HORRIBLE!!! I came to pay for my gas and also I asked a plastic Fork. And Cashier was answer me: WE DONT SELL A FOOD HERE! I told FORK it’s not a Food it’s a plastic item that you use for food. I explained I don’t need to buy any food. So he was laughing on me like I’m stupid customer. And He offer me to buy a Fork from him. I told No! Any Gas Station must provide Free plastic Forks/ plastic Knives and plastic spoon, BUT NOT THIS GAS STATION. I wasn’t farsighted that they didn’t have a forks. I was so disappointed course Cashier was laughing on me and kind of mock also…. Please stay away from that location. Also they did not aloud to use restroom. They told it’s closed. However I got a gas for my Lexus and I drove away from that Gas station. Never NEVER AGAIN I will pay for Gas or anything else!!!! Very very poor service and very very bad communication.

Clerk today seemed a tad sarcastic which is fine but attitude after a few questions.. guy customer service is a part of your job. Consider getting a new job.

good people. I tell you that I had a very bad experience 4 days ago. I went to buy a certain product and when I tried to pay the clerk, he did not give me a bag for my items, when I asked for it he got upset, and made a sarcastic comment saying that ? in California you had to pay for the bag, I replied How much is in your bag, he answered me $1 dollar. I paid him, and a person who was behind me came out. in my defense telling him that this was not California. here is texas And if you don't like it, come back. ?. What I can tell you is that you do not buy in that place. I felt discriminated. secos I let my people analyze it
