I purchased expensive colognes fro this place. At my last purchase I was told that during the month of my birthday I'd receive a gift of my choice. I was told that a cologne gift set of "Savauge" would be available. I contacted several stores and they all stated this particular item [only one I wanted] they'd been out of for some time.Under the guidelines of the FTC this could be both "false ad" and/or "Bait & Switch".I wish I could rate them a Sub-Zero rather than 1-star...they don't deserve anything equivalent to a star. This is one of the poorest retail outlets I've ever dealt with. They're garbage!

Extremely rude staff. I went in today in the evening and the staff who greeted at me was laughing at me behind my back once i walked in. She did the same to me when i stepped out. If you cannot do a simple job of greeting people at the door, why the hell do you stand there. Will never return to this store.

I came to Sephora because I lost a lipstick with a color I loved. I debated going to a drug store but needed help finding the right color. I walked into Sephora, showed the greeter, Adrianna, a picture of me wearing the color and she swatched three lipsticks, found the right one and checked me out right there. I was in and out with what I needed in three minutes. So quick and helpful!

Rude staff. They close before the actual closing time people still shopping inside don’t let anyone else in. As a person who’s worked a lot of customer service I’ve never seen this done.

Why have a closing time if employees are just going to close down sooner? I still had a few minutes before closing and there already was a girl at the door not letting anyone in. I told her I just needed one item and she refused. Said it was already 7…. Girl we both had iPhones, it wasn’t 7 yet. Terrible

I shopped at Sephora, became a VIB member and for over two decades enjoyed it. I have discontinued my membership and will notto shop there again. This is after a visit at the San Antonio location on E. Basse street. Lots of makeup to buy at lots of other places.

I had a great experience for my first time here. Mariah was so great and patient. She helped me find the perfect match for my foundation.

I really love this location, they have such a clean store and great staff. I enjoy how easy it is to get parking and it's busy but not overly crowded. Out of all the Sephora's in San Antonio this one is the easiest to shop at! Love it

Pulled up at 7:01 for a pickup, customers were still inside but the associate at the door would not let me grab (even though the station is directly next to the door). Annoyed since I went out of my way in traffic to grab just to be denied my pickup.

So I ordered online for pick up and was in a hurry so I didn’t check my bag but once I got home I saw that I was given a “Try me” bottle and yet I was still charged full price.. it’s very upsetting. The bottle was definitely used. I should have at least gotten a discount for this..

A little disappointed after today's visit. A few weeks ago I meant to purchase Charlotte Tilbury finishing powder($48), instead I ended up picking up the bronzer that was $58. My mistake. But today I went to exchange the bronzer for the finishing powder and was only credited $28, the price of the travel size! While I purchased the product I intended on buying, I was really upset to see I was shorted $30! I called the store and was told to bring in my receipt and product. Great, but it is a holiday and I won't be able to make it in for a few days. It's an inconvenience now. Hopefully the situation will be resolved because I really do enjoy shopping at Sephora.Update to yesterday's review. So I went back today, July 5, and wow, I never felt so typecast. Not sure if it was because I was makeup free and wearing shorts and a t-shirt, but the staff at the Quarry, and the MOD made me feel dishonest about the $30 I was missing from my return. I explained the situation not once, twice, but three times. First two ladies were a little understanding and got the MOD involved, but it was the manager who made me feel like I was just trying to get something for free. At the end of that humiliating ordeal, she went on to say that I would be getting my $30 return, but also that I'm pretty much getting the finishing powder for free. How exactly is that possible? I did learn, however, there was no travel size bronzer available, but how does that make it my fault? The cashier who supposedly helped me the day before shouldn't have messed up the transaction to begin with. After my disappointing experience today, I have now learned that even minorities typecast when working retail. And from now on, I will definitely be getting names when I am being wronged. I work extremely hard for my money so I have no reason to be dishonest (Sephora is a luxury item I work hard for too). And I most definitely won't let someone screw me out of $30.
