Came to get my curbside order girl at door extremely rude. Apparently they close at 7... why is it that a store closes so early? Had the girl not been so terribly rude I would have been more understanding. Wasted trip. Will not shop the Alamo Quary location again.

Some associates are nice when you ask them questions, but generally they look at me like I’m going to steal for some reason. I’m a Rouge member and the perfume is like leashed to the display, how could I possibly let steal this??? It makes the in-store shopping experience gross. They’re much nicer at the Ulta across the lot tbh.

I loved the customer service but had an item I wasn’t happy with but past 60 days so couldn’t get a refund or exchange.. change your return policy! Some of us forget we have an item to return or just don’t have time!

I went to Sephora the other day, and an employee by the name Jackie helped me... I asked her for suggestions on a few items and where in the store was some items I was looking for and she was great with all her suggestions... I have used some of the items I purchased that she suggested and I am very happy with the products!

It's Thursday and I came to get my brow pencil. This place is CLOSED. WTAF. The handwritten note doesn't say why so it looks really sketchy guys. Very frustrated as I made a special trip. Also posted this gem to their FB page. While I was posting this another equally disgruntled customer took the same photo as me because WTAF.
