I went here on a late Monday night and the employees were still so nice and seemed so happy to help me. I came to get sol de janiero "59" and I definitely recommend it. Rest assured a lot of sold out products you can find here, just as long as you go on a Thursday or Friday because that is when they restock.

Looking for a gift for my wife, I entered this store and they assigned me a salesperson who advised me on various makeup products. He was very kind and I was able to find something useful, of good quality and price.

Let me start by saying I’m not a makeup girly, so going into one of these stores could be a bit overwhelming for some. I went for the sale yesterday and quickly ran into some road blocks with shade matches and good brands etc. I quickly got helped by a woman named Kariss (I hope I spelled it correctly) she was so welcoming and knowledgeable about all products. I must have spoken to her for about 30 -40ish minutes about different products and needs I was having. She set me up for success! She took the time to explain application of products, how to use them, and what’s best for beginners like me without me feeling judged or stupid. They had everything I was looking for in stock with the exception of one item which Kariss got me a fantastic dupe for. I will definitely be back!

I’ve done in a few times and it’s so gross in here. The store is dirty , and everything is out of stock. Some of the workers are rude, a worker literally told me excuse me seven times because he kept bumping into me. Save yourself a trip to the store and go to another one.

Where is my order!
Just called this location as they didn’t honor their same day delivery. The hours shown for this location is 10:00 to 20:00 was rudely asked to call back at 11:10 because they haven’t opened yet and they thought I was help desk.

Yesterday I stopped by to grab a single product, I had an employee follow me around the entire store. She also continuously asking if I needed help, she asked three times and I was only in the store for ten minutes. I understand stores have to prevent stealing however it made me feel so unsafe and unwelcome. I didn't even get the product I needed. Really disappointed in the entire experience.

Always super busy, long lines and out of stock. Prefer going to the ones located in kohls because they are less busy!

I have been a sephora customer for a very very long time, specifically this sephora! So much so that the employees that have been there for a long time know me! Very recently I went in to sephora with my husband and was at the register to checkout and the male employee that was checking us out was absolutely flirting with my husband, while I was standing right there! We didn’t say anything just thanked him and went about our day. Right before we go to check out there was another male employee standing at the door greeting guests and very publicly checking every guy out top to bottom and making a “I’m available” face even though they were standing next to their significant others! That put a very very bad taste in my mouth! Unprofessional and rude! I don’t care about their personal life but I would want them to stay professional in their respectful jobs! So I went in again this week was just looking around the store and swatching makeup a male employee was just lurking around me as if IM about to steal even though I had a basket full of things, so probably by third or fourth time I saw him and I asked if they have the shade of a lipstick I wanted available he looked at me up and down as if im poor like “are you sure you want to buy that” look as if it’s not in my budget! I get very very anxious in public especially in very crowded places so I was trying to get whatever I wanted and leave as fast as possible but the way he looked at me in a disgusting way I just took whatever he gave me and went to the register. I don’t know what has happened to the old sephora employees but these new employees are completely unprofessional. Also there is one girl that UNFORTUNATELY whenever I seem to want a product she is the one that would be coming to “help” yet no help comes from her! On the sephora website it shows products are available yet every time she doesn’t seem to find them! Why? Because shes too tired to be looking for them through the products in the drawers. The same day that happened the girl helped me with a lipstick which she said they don’t have it in stock, So I decided to call sephora at the Rim because that was a birthday gift and it was important to me to purchase it they said that sephora at la cantera has it and it shows that in their inventory it says that they have 5 left! But when I was there and she was “helping” me she said oh let me check our inventory I dont know if she did because it took her probably 2 seconds to tell me “no we dont have it our inventory shows 0”. I never leave any type of reviews especially bad ones because I know it hurts a business and maybe that day was a bad day for me but this has been going on and on so unfortunately I had to. I will not be shopping at this sephora or if I will it will definitely be online pick up only! No thanks. Put a extremely bad taste in my mouth.
