Hailey at this Sephora location was very rude I asked for help and she had an attitude and she said “no” and said everything is out when there is nothing in stock on the shelves. This was the second time she was like this with me I was here a week prior and had the same encounter which is why I decided to leave a review. Literally decided to leave and go to another location.

I stood forever in a line where there was one associate helping out. People in line are asking for more help. The associate helping me was Carly. She appeared obviously burned out out and blatantly rude. She asked me to move and when I didn't oblige the second she asked me to she came storming around the counter, tossed my boxes in my cart one fell on her feet as she was trying to prove her point ( my merchandise that I paid for) not store merchandise. I commented she must really dislike her job (trying to give her a hint at her disdain and unpleasance that she was spewing at me). Maybe try a fresh face back here or have more associates working at one time. So so rude it is ridiculous. I ordered online to avoid this. I only came into this store bc they left the security tag on my shoes so I couldn't use them without bringing them into the store to have them removed. I wont be back here for sure. Not for all of the Kohls cash in the world. Right now I am watching Carly disrespect and elderly lady by talking to her in her condescending demeanor. The lady apologized to her to keep the peace. I am apalled. Wow. SHAME ON YOU CARLY.

Poor service. Everyone I run into cannot find any employees. I have been walking around and the only people visible are patrons. This is ridiculous and I would NOT recommend shopping at this location.

Never in the history of shopping have I ever experienced anything than what I experienced at this Kohl's and it all due to a Cashier named BJ. She was the most sweetest person in the world. She was cut from a cloth that has eluded the City of San Antonio for years. She is exactly what customer service is about. I don't frequent Kohls to often but I will make the trip just to see Ms. BJ again and again. If more employees were like this then online shopping would be a thing of the past. I even opened up a charge account Simply because I wanted to make her happy. Thank you Ms. bJ for being exactly who you are. Huggies and besos to you.

I ended up going to this Kohl's twice this weekend. I was able to easily find parking both times. My fiance and I went there first on Saturday. My fiance needed to return an item she got from Amazon. I have always found the ability to return an item bought from Amazon at Kohl's to be very convenient. The Amazon returns are currently at the very back right-hand corner of the store. I have seen them move Amazon Returns three times now. They might move it again, but right now, it is at the very back right-hand corner of the store. We got a coupon for 20% off one item in Kohl's.The next morning, we found that our Keurig was not working. We decided to make good use of the coupon and get one from Kohl's. They had a good selection of different Keurigs. We picked the one we wanted and went to checkout. It looked like it was going to be a long line, but it went quickly because Kohl's had a lot of people working the registers.

I like Kohl's and shop here occasionally. This location has been consistently good with keeping items well stocked and orderly. The store is easy to navigate and the employees here have been helpful and friendly. There's usually Kohl's cash rewards or coupons for 20-30% off through the app so it's worth signing up for promotions. You don't have to be a Kohl's card holder to get the good deals either but card holders can save additionally.

Be aware of Kohls tactic in signing you up for free shipping. We were unaware this was done. They were charging us $13 a month for something we did not sign up for, when we called they were not willing to refund us for earlier charges. So be careful and check your bank statement if you shop there. If i could give them no stars i would regarding customer service. JJM

I asked for help to find the right number on my lipstick, the guy told me he didn’t know where it was?? I thought really you work here!! So I found it and he told me they were out!! This was the worst customer service ever!!

Nice to see they hire men, too. He was very knowledgeable & helpful. FYI: bday gift requires purchase at this location. Another employee said same thing but not the case if go to Potranco Rd location, or if go to Sephoras not at Kohls.

I've only been in to return Amazon purchases and to the new Sephora but have never been disappointed. In my opinion the other items in store are overpriced for what they are (clothing etc.). Definitely my go to Sephora and Amazon return drop off site though!! Store is pretty quiet and not too many people which I enjoy.

Man, Kohl's isn't what is used to be. I used to enjoy the occasional stroll through Kohl's, but this particular location is just a mess - literally. More on that in a sec...Going into this review, I'm aware of staffing shortages as a result of COVID and the "work from home wave" - perhaps this factor alone is the issue at this location?Went to return some items my wife bought (towels turned out to be the wrong color). First, I stood in the wrong line...where I waited in a line several people long with only one one register working.... When I finally made it to the real return counter, I didn't have my wife's debit card (the payment method used for the purchase), and asked if that was going to be a problem. At first, the teller said yes - ...but was it really? Really? Ultimately, the return was finalized and he handed me cash.What disappoints is what another reviewer already addressed. It wasn't until AFTER I got home that my wife realized they give you LESS money back than the purchase price. WTF? They literally DID NOT GIVE US THE FULL AMOUNT BACK. Are they pocketing some untold "return fee"? Disappointing. Okay - so you remember up there when I said the place was a mess? After returning the towels, I went in search of men's dress socks. Everywhere I looked, I saw clothing haphazardly piled on top of displays, I saw clothes hung where they obviously should be, clothing and items on the floor....This place was A. LITERAL. MESS. They keep the front of the store pretty well, but if you venture past that - you'll wonder how you missed the tornado hitting the store....

Return policy is the worst. Bought some items for my daughter and paid cash, item was too small. Went to store to return or exchange for a bigger size. I lost the receipt, therefore I can only get the exact item which is not available in a bigger size but they have other choices different brands. If I get a refund I only get $24 dollars back, I paid $37 plus tax is almost $40, despite that's still the current price for the item. Why cannot get an exchange and pay the difference on whatever I am buying? That's plain wrong stealing. Never shopping there again.
