First Impression: true to their word and friendly
We're trying to sell our third vehicle. After talking to Aijah, she was able to get us confirmation that the managers wanted the vehicle before we drove 45 minutes to be disappointed.
Yogin was able to beat every single other offer for our car. He was open and upfront. I enjoyed doing business with this location!

I couldn’t be more dissatisfied with this dealership. I took a vehicle to them to sell and they made me an offer, in writing, good for three days. I used that offer in making my decision to purchase another vehicle somewhere else. When I took my vehicle back to redeem the offer they told me they had made a mistake and reduced it by $3000. Their mistake cost me $3000. They saw the vehicle. They had the title to the vehicle and they knew exactly what it was. I will never use this dealership again.

On December 28th, 2023, I brought my Infiniti to Ancira Nissan for a routine oil change. I have used Ancira for the past eight years. I was a loyal customer, giving them high recommendations in the past. But sadly, they were not loyal to me. I received a call from the service advisor that my vehicle was ready for pickup. He also informed me that my central drive belt was torn and needed to be replaced. The service tech sent him a photo to show me. There were eight other recommendations totaling around 3k. What concerned me was the technician didn't check my tire pressure or top off all my fluids, but they were quick to recommend 3k worth of repairs. I then arrived shortly after that and met with the service advisor. He showed me a photo of the broken belt and told me that part of it had broken off my central drive belt. The service technician also wrote on the "customer detailed copy" that I had a torn belt. I declined all their recommendations. When I arrived home, I inspected my central drive belt, and it was intact and had no damage. I then called the service advisor and asked for a photo. After receiving the photo, I sent the picture to a neighbor who used to be an ASE Certified Tech for his opinion. I then drove my vehicle to his garage, and we used his 4-post car lift to inspect my vehicle. He also confirmed there is no damage to the central drive belt. We also reviewed every recommendation on the CDC; my vehicle only needed rear brakes. I then met with the service manager on December 30th, 2023, to discuss my concerns. In that meeting, he told me he asked the tech if that piece of torn belt came from my central drive belt, and the tech told him that it did. He asked me to bring in my vehicle on January 2nd so he could inspect and confirm any damage or tear from the central drive belt. He and 4 other techs confirmed there were no signs of physical damage. While we were in the garage, another employee named Travis arrived and inspected my belt, and he insulted me by saying that the broken belt was already there because it came from another belt. Not only did Ancira Nissan take responsibility for misrepresenting needed repairs, but they also told me that my accusation was unfounded. I have a photo and written evidence (see pictures) from them that I had a torn belt that mt belt needed to be replaced. What would your perception and suspicion be if this were your vehicle? If they make recommendations on needed repairs, you better confirm before authorizing. I LOST ALL TRUST with Ancira Nissan.

I had a salesman Lou set an appointment up with me at 11 AM. I drove across town to the dealership and they told me to wait in the lobby key never showed up after I sat there for 25 minutes. I left and texted that I was leaving and he said he would be right there and still was not worst customer service ever.!!!!!!! I can’t believe they called me to come out to buy my car and never even freaking showed up to help!!!

JUst bought my second Nissan Rogue from Ancira Nissan and could not be more pleased. To begin with......no hard sell. For comparison I stopped by another Nissan Dealer off 410 to look at the NEW Nissans. I told them I'm not an impulse buyer and would consider their dealership once I made my decision. After that, for too weeks I got at least 1 call every hour wanting to know when I was coming back to buy a car. I even told them to stop and they continued calling. The Sale: Ancira on the other hand was low pressure. I bought my previous Rogue from Yogin (sales professional) and was delighted to find out he was still there. It took a couple of visits before I made our selection. Once we had done that he got the financing worked out to my satisfaction and took care of everything we had to do to drive it off the lot. The Car: The new 2023 Rogue is top of it's class as far as I'm concerned. The turbo charged engine provides great acceleration even at high speeds. THe interior is set up perfectly and the ride is smooth and extremely quiet. I have to remind myself to turn it off. I love to drive it and look forward to long trips on the road. So go get ya one and tell my buddy Yogin I said Hi!!!
