I’ve been doing business with SSFCU for over 30yrs and their attention to customer service what keeps me at SSFCU.
Monique at the 281/Evans branch assisted us with a credit card application for our son and provided us with various information benefiting our accounts. She was so kind and professional and very attentive to our needs. She’s the one to go to with all your account needs. Monique provided exceptional service! We always look for her for assistance.

We needed to get some financial things in order so off to SSFCU we go. With just a short wait, we were ushered into an office. Karen (Nicole) was awesome -- friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient! We accomplished everything we needed and had every question answered along the way. A great experience from beginning to end!

Met with Heather Valdez at the Windcrest branch to do some banking adjustments for my mother. Heather provided fantastic customer service and was very patient with us. She explained things to my mother in a way that made it easy to understand. Great experience at SSFCU. Go see Heather!!

Came in to resolve an issue with my vehicle loan insurance. Ghabriel dropped everything when I walked in with no notice to try and resolve the issue for me, on two separate occasions now.
