I have been banking with SSFCU for 10 years and this is my favorite branch location! I came in today to open a business checking account and LEVI was amazing. This is my first business account and Levi was able to answer all of my questions. I am very grateful for the help I received today! Thank you ladies! I will definitely be coming back and asking for her by name!

Recently my mother and I had to make the hard decision to admit my father to a memory care facility. As a result, my mother is having to open up a bank account and a credit card in her name and establish credit for herself, as everything had been in my fathers name. Fransisco has been amazing helping us understand all our options and guiding my mother through this process. He ever stayed after the bank closed with us to make sure we were taken care of and had all our questions answered. The process of switching everything into my mothers name has been stressful and daunting, but it is people like Francisco who have made the journey so much easier. Thank you Francisco for your excellent customer service, which seems to be hard to find these days.

I have been banking with SSFCU for more than a quarter of century. I am always pleased by the way I am treated anytime I visit SSFCU at the Rim. The employees are courteous, helpful and very enthusiastic to respond to my questions and to provide me guidance whenever needed. Last week, I received a magnificent assistance by one of the agent named Levi. Her valuable advice helped resolve the issues that I was having.
She is truly a consummate professional and she really does care for her customers. Congrats Lady Levi, keep up the good work.

The option for depositing cash never works. Y’all got me running around San Antonio trying to find another location away from home. And before you say “we offer the outside lanes” the whole point of the ATM is for convenience when you are closed.
