*UPDATED REVIEW*Angelica the Branch Manger at this location reached out to me and provided a direct number to reach out to. Stellar customer service on this Branches location!No General location to specify here. Just want to warn everyone of this Credit Union's Terrible business practices. Firstly they over drafted my account and made the account negative $9.00 due to i have not used it in a while. I had recently moved and was keeping the account open on the off chance I relocated back to San Antonio. Anyways, to close the account they made me pay the overdraft that they needlessly deducted from my account that did not even have the funds in it. So obviously they wanted me to write this negative review because the $9.00 was so important to them over keeping a good relationship with a member. I worked at a Credit Union for 7 years and we would never practice these horrible business practices and blatantly steal from someone.
