I want to thank Patricia Hinton-Olgetree For helping me out and answering all my questions. This is gonna be my first Credit union bank account. I'm glad I came in at the time that I did. Went here trying to exchange a 20 for ones, and even a gas station would do this and they denied us saying we needed to be a member, and we also told them that it was for a charitable cause which was true, but they still said no. Any bank should exchange there is no reason not to. Went to Walgreens and they did the job. That should look bad that a bank wont do it and Walgreens would and its in the banks realm of service. Disappointing. Would never do business here since they are not even able to lend a helping hand to a charitable cause with NO LOSS to them, go somewhere else this place isn't any good.

Fong was very efficient in taking care of our needs. He’s a great ambassador for SSFCU. He’s certified in cyber security from Hallmark Institute and is pursuing a bachelors degree in cyber security from Texas A&M. Don’t lose this fine employee to other opportunities that may seek him out.
