Went in to open a checking account and Rosalie Valero was so helpful and kind, she the made the whole process easy and quick. I had the pleasure of having her open the account for me and I’ve never had any familiarity to Security Service and I’m glad she’s the face I think of when I hear of the company. I definitely would recommend her again.

Absolutely HORRIBLE! Having the bank account with this establishment is mediocre. My family and I have been loyal members for over 10 years. Trying to get customer service to do their job correctly is hit or miss. One major issue was last year when they incorrectly input my tax refund ??♀️ put my whole account negative with a large amount. Whatever stuff happens, then today dealing with them for a wire transfer! Lack of communication, the time wasted at this establishment in person & on the phone with reps is ridiculous! Before opening an account here check other banks that offer more benefits. More bang for your buck. The little stuff they do offer isn’t worth having your money sit here!

It was a beautiful Saturday morning. I walked into the branch and was greeted with smiles and a very warm welcome. Kimberly was the name of my teller… and she was very professional. Great customer service. Kimberly informed me about a change ?? kiosk that by becoming a member I would have free access to something to think about ?. The branch in itself was clean and the restroom was clean as well. I noticed that the Manager was walking around greeting customers Over all the best experience.My bank( BROADWAY) doesn’t even do anything like this so I’m considering becoming a member #comingsoonssfc #kimberlygreatjob

Just met with Alexis the insurance specialist to re-shop for auto insurance and she made it a very nice experience. She is very knowledgeable and saved me a substantial amount of money. I would definitely return an ask for her to assist me in any future business I may have.

The customer service I received from Jonathan Villarreal was exceptional. He was very empathetic and nice. I have a closer branch but for great customer service it’s worth the drive.
