My mom andI went in to get some paperwork signed and to get as much info as we could about an issue with fraud and Priscilla Mayen was who helped us. She’s obviously the best and went above and beyond to get us all we needed. 10/10

It’s like night and day.. this location vs the 151 location!
Upon entering we were greeted with nothing but smiling faces. Sat down anticipating a long wait but literally got called within minutes.
Erika R. Was amazing! She helped us with our concerns, walked us thoroughly through the process. Aside from all that we mentioned our concerns and the lack of attention from the other branch. She patiently waited with us for everything to be completed accurately. Overall amazinggggg! It’s not the closet branch to us but I’d gladly keep my long standing membership with this type of customer service ?

Went into the branch with multiple agenda items to complete and Edna addressed all of our business needs from account modification to funds transfers and wires with the efficiency and effectiveness we've come to expect from her.
