I been coming to this place for over 30 years, I have member ship here as well they have great rates and especially customer service. I went to the SSFCU service center on Hwy 90 for guidance with a POA, a loan application and investment advice. Lupita Alva assisted me and was extremely patient, very thorough and helped me accomplish everything I came in to do. She made the entire process much easier than I expected it would be. She definitely exceeded any expectations I may have had when I came to the credit union! Awesome customer service.

if your time ISN'T important to you, and you have lots of it, this is your branch. I completed everything i needed before i got here, was just supposed to show my ID and sign some documents, which (BESIDES SITTING AND WAITING) is all i really did. Still took a bit over 2 hours, at one point had to call someone on my phone to help move things along, i stopped asking questions because i didn't want to confuse them, and still didn't complete everything I needed. they were polite, of not inconsiderate with my time.

Visited SSFCU on Hwy 90 location today and spoke with Rochelle L. Sanchez and Lupita Alva about a business loan for my business. She was professional, courteous and efficient. Explained all that’s required for small business loans and I submitted all required documentation. Our business has grown and now we are expanding to other markets. We would love to take SSFCU with us. I always find the best service at this location despite the fact that there in one in my neighborhood. We are fired up with our growth and are prayerfully waiting a response. Thank you SSFCU. Let’s gooooo!

This review is for the JBSA Lackland branch located on Security Hill. I have used this location since the late 90’s. The staff at this location are always extremely friendly and knowledgeable. On a recent visit the teller assisted me with a not routine account matter and made the transaction very smooth. Keep up the great service.

Sasha DeLeon was awesome!!!!
My dad and I had been updating his will and it required us to update some banking information. Sasha picked up on a concern of my dad’s and made some extremely helpful suggestions!
Something that my dad was struggling with she made it an easy and effortless process. My dad’s words were to me were “ I felt like I have another daughter “. Thank you Sasha for making a difficult task a pleasant experience. You make a difference.

A few members of our non-profit organization and I had to update our business documents and receive new debit cards. We had the pleasure of working with Rochelle Sanchez.
