Prices are crazy. Looked at the rack of shirts that were supposedly 10 dollars didn't see anything good for that price. That rack was filled and didn't seem like anyone was touching them really.

Always helpful staff with a nice selection of lightly worn menswear.Spilled coffee on a shirt going to a meeting, popped in and got a clean pressed replacement in minutes (plus a few more pieces didn’t know I needed).

We have shopped in this store multiple times and always had positive outcomes not this time the young lady was not in the mood to sell or help she made no effort to help what normally took me at least an hr going through their awesome inventory was cut short because of her additude I guess she we should have gone to Burlington instead by by 2 nd looks !

I used to rely on Second Looks for the occasional sport coat and/or slacks. The last two times I've been in the "girls" working there didn't come out from behind the counter and offer any assistance. Something I always got when Norris worked there.The prices have gone up significantly as well.I also noticed the clothes wrinkled and looking more worn than I have seen in the past. For example when looking at a sport coat it would have those little fuzz balls on the sleeves from rubbing against the waist of the coat. I little thing, but I'd never seen this kind of worn clothing displayed in the past. many of the suits and sport coats were really wrinkled to.I am guessing with the name change from Second Hand looks to Second Looks for Men, they are under a new owner. That's too bad.

I went here on a referral from a friend, and I was glad to find a couple of dress shirts in my size. The staff was helpful and friendly. I also got a couple of ties. Two dress shirts and two ties for $70. I will be back.

*Update*My Partner and I visited on 3.29.23. This was our first time back since my review from 4 years ago. Norris and Bea have since started new chapters in their life. We will miss them because they were friendly and helpful. My Partner has been shopping here since 1985. This place has a lot of history. Our visit was mostly good with a little bit of awkwardness. The shop still has a good vibe. It became awkward when I called the shop a boutique and I meant it in the way it was originally meant. Not in an offensive, snooty way. The employee quickly and strongly corrected me and said small business. Before I said that, they were nice. After I said that the attitude was like night and day. Ironically, I was talking about how Bea and Norris made you feel welcome. I was saying small businesses in my experience offer something that online shopping doesn't, the personal touch. It was uncomfortable and I didn't mean to offend them . My Partner came up to me and said they were ready to go. I was glad and we left without buying anything. We will return because they're looking for a particular type of shirt they didn't find that day. If you made it this far, Thanks for reading.Great quality clothes that are reasonably priced and helpful, friendly service. They take great care in the displays. It's has to date always been a pleasant experience.

This store was amazing. Most places have such a small selection of men's clothes so it's refreshing to have a store with a huge variety of men's clothing. From sweaters, polos, shorts, to leather jackets. The prices were very reasonable, some items were a total steal. I got two jackets and a hat for $41! The two girls on duty were super nice and very helpful. Plus they have a rewards system so your purchases can lead to more discounts. 10/10 would recommend and will definitely but more in the future.
