Visited with my family. I think they would have better control on the lines coming into the park. I would invest in misting system throughout for guest and staff due to the extreme heat and humidity. Especially when your waiting in line or an experience

Went to aquatica Saturday afternoon. It started to rain. they sent the majority of the staff home leaving no slides open when the rain stopped 45min later. We even asked 2 separate staff members who told us that they sent staff home and didn't have enough people to open slides. Literally paid 70$ per person for a pool that we had at our hotel room. When I went to make a complaint about this I was given the run around. First they told me that I purchased the tickets through a 3rd party vendor (they were bought at aquatica right at the front desk) then they told me they can't see purchase made at aquatica (how can you not track tickets sold from your own desk) to fix the problem which makes no sense. Then a manager named Johnathan refused to pass me off to somekne else to speak to when I asked to speak to another supervisor. MY suggestion is don't go because if you have a problem no one is going to help you. They are going to give you the run around How do they take your money then close all f the slides down? What a joke!

I can't cancel my EZpay, the phone line is 800 minutes to wait ?, y the website don't have access to cancel the annual pass. All links are fake. They just want to take our money. I DON'T believe more in EZpay.

Their customer service has to be one of the worst customer service departments I have had to deal with in my life time. If you happen to ask for a supervisor/manage they do not exist. If you happen to ask for the Corporate Office phone number they tell you it does NOT exist. My opinion they SUCK big time

I been waiting about a month and a week for a system error my 335 dollars refund and still haven't seen it everytime I call they ask me to be patient honestly I will never waist not one dollar here ever again

June 2019, set up 2 members on easy pay. Went into the park and due to system errors they had to cancel that, and set me up in the park. 2 hours later of waiting for them to resolve it, they said I would only be charged once and was ready to go. A month later I see the $54 double charged that day and the monthly of $22 double charged as well. I call customer service they tell me they will issue the credit, they had a system error that day. A month after that still no credit. I call in, same story , sorry there was an error, we will issue it now. Fast Forward November 2019, and STILL NO credit. The Park over charged me $75, that is my money, these people are fraud. I wonder how many people they do this to, who just give up. I have wasted at least 8 hours on the phone with them. Every single time you call i assure you it will be a minimum of an hour hold. I have contacted sea world via email, via phone, via BBB complaint resolution , and NOTHING has been resolved. They give me the number to a phone that is never answered. STAY AWAY, if you must visit this crooked companies establishment, do yourself a favor and pay full price in CASH, because they might just double charge you , and never refund it. I will continue to fight this because now its not about the $75 they owe me. Now its about not letting companies like this get away with stealing!
