I come here a few days ago with my 55 year old mother and she was attempting to get a membership but didn't understand what to do while getting frustrated, that's when a worker came over to assist her. The worker was very understanding and patient and understanding, the environment is very welcoming from the workers. My mother and I will be coming back in the future thanks to the wonderful staff here. And the manager is super nice

I was at this location twice was not impressed with service soon as I pulled up while reading the opinion a femal tryst to convene you to get member service and Braggs about the best wash only not letting you make up your mind what is in your budget and then politely gives cold shoulder when you deny wash was basic no matter what you get they only guide you to the line don't brush any thing or spray any thing before or after even if you paid for deluxe. Leaving your car or truck with spots and your stuck with derailing when you get to your next stop.as I went there to try again she was no where to be found paid for the top of line car was and as I drove to the start line some grumpy out of uniform guy come out as if your a bother.for you to to ready drive up when light turns color place car or truck in neutral take foot of brake and then walk back in office as I waited for him to grab the brush broom and crubb tire due to I request a tire shine as well I did pay for it but guy never come back as I feel truck jump twice due my tire ar to big I felt so I honk for assistance guy come back out and he seems truck just and huts button and as I explain he tell me to put in neutral I told him it's in neutral. He then call me a lierand states he will turn back on and see if I'm lying. I then asked him did yiu just call me a lier he reply was we'll see.and I ask to speak to manager another guy come out neither if them are in uniform I was not allowed I was coworkers from hospitals as a nurse I was embarrassed to be address as as a child or talk to like one I stated again can I talk to managerhe stated for what ? I then stated chase you called a lier he then said ididnt but see if I am lying. Again I said ther you cause me again and calling a lier and I stated again I want to speak to your manager you don't talk to customer like that he then said we don't have manager. I said fine g8ve me corporate numer he state fine bro turn machine on as I have window down and on neutral the truck start to move in then get soupup as I get to the middle machine stops and he nocks on window ibrole down alittle he then throws card in truck stating he bro and walks way leaving me in the wash full of soap and washer never came on after 3 I placed indrive and got outwit soap and ceramic chemical till on truck the blower was on and blew some off later called corporate to explain on a work day called on my one hour lunch complaining what happen on sunday.only to be told I need an email.to get free wash I told them I don't have one there she tasted she could not help me so I stated I needed my truck detailed to get the soap stain of paint before it backs in paint and window she Stat from corporate office there is nothing that can be done in so many words so I told her I will have it done and wher do I send bill she then told me she will send this ti hire management tell call me. I told her I need to talk to some one now it's Monday 12 noon and I'm on lunch I can't be on phone during work hour till after 6pm them was told by corporate that is why they need email . Again I stated I don't have an email.then finally she take number and 3 week later I get voice mail. Fro dantinsanches site manager who tell me he want to take care of the problem. So when I call the call address what hello I then wanted to make sure I was calling the write place so I ask who is this and he replied who are you !! I state I'm sorry I was calling g to resolve a problem . But call wrong number.he said ok and hung up 2 min later he call me back and ask me first what did I need I state was calling a car wash to solve a problem but I dial wrong number and for him not to worry. Again he was unprofessional not address who he was and or corrected him self .and I hung up do to this call was about to get aggressive. Then callcorprate back and was not getting any where and ask to speak to manager who Ned did not have any of my back ground and after going on again explaining what I went threw and I would never go ba
