Diane at scrubs and beyond in San Antonio Texas is so helpful, approachable, patient and extremely nice lady. , She takes great pride and joy taking care of her customers and the uniforms and accessories. It was easy to locate the uniform sizes that I needed because on the Rack uniforms from small medium, large, extra large, etc., on the racks.
Diane knew exactly what sizes I needed after I tried finding the correct scrub sizes for me through trial and error of trying on scrubs that didn’t quite fit. Diana has a great knowledge of each individual brand scrub, and the sizes that they make I am with her knowledge of the Scrubs I was able to find the correct sizes that I needed with the scrub uniforms.

Absolutely horrible customer service. The cashier was rude. When I inquired about embroidery of my lab coat, she gave me a snarky answer about the contracted individual that comes and does their embroidery how he’s inconsistent and she could not give me a real answer about when my items would be ready, but again, her response was rude and snarky . Wouldn’t give me the chance to fill out the paperwork regarding embroidery without interrupting me and then wanted to ask me lots of questions in regards to the paperwork that she did not let me finish filling out and kept interrupting me when I was trying to give her answers. I left my items at the counter, unpaid for and will never return.

This place has amazing options at an affordable price and is very organized. I fully intended on purchasing at the very least 3 items, with embroidery for school and work uniforms. I was inspecting a few different colors because my pants have to be a specific shade of blue to match my uniform top that I cannot purchase from anywhere else. I went to a few racks looking at the color and silhouette of pants so that I can choose one that fits what I need/want. The little donuts on the top of the hangers did not have sizes on them other than “petite” or “tall”- no big deal at all. Until the employee that is a little heavier set with a buzz cut type hair style came over to a rack I was on and started fixing the clothes I touched and said “the sizes are on the hanger so you don’t have to be pulling them out like that.” I’m sorry, but first of all the size is not on the hanger so I did have to move it out of line so that I could see the size, and second, it is within my rights as a shopper to look at an item of clothing before I purchase it? I’m truly confused as to what they wanted me to do here and it made me so uncomfortable that I felt the need to leave immediately. I should be given privacy and respect as a shopper, instead I was being watched and criticized for no reason. I have worked in retail before for 3 years, customer service for over 7 years, and am a very respectful person so nothing I was doing was inappropriate, and can confidently determine that I was doing nothing wrong. There’s something going on with this individual in terms of personal bias or lack of staff development because there’s just no reason they should have approached me that way after not have even greeted me when I walked in (and there was only a few other people shopping) and felt comfortable snapping at me like that. I will never return out of fear of being policed while shopping. I might try another location but in reality they are too far for me so I actually probably will never end up purchasing anything from this company which is a shame because I was honestly impressed with the options.

Today was my first time walking in your store, the sales signs caught my eye and I needed some new scrubs.
I have to say my shopping experience was awesome. Cynthia offered up some suggestions for me and was very attentive. She wasn't overbearing like some other stores I have shopped at.
Over all it was a great experience, I will defintely be coming back.

Second time in this store and Cynthia did not disappoint. She was helpful and very attentive.
She had some great recommendations and even tried helping me keep some money in my pocket by using the Klarna app.
I didn’t use it but it’s nice to know your locations offer this if needed!

Stepped in to your store for the first time on Saturday and I was pleasantly surprised with the service I received from Cynthia and Carmen. I was greeted when I entered the store and received exceptional customer service. Cynthia was assisting me while I Carmen was helping someone else and it was nice to see that customers are catered to. I will definitely be returning to your location in the near future.

I’m a new nursing student and went into the store to purchase some scrubs. It was my second time in and needless to say my experience with Cynthia was amazing!
The first time I went in I didn’t buy anything because the younger lady who was there was too preoccupied with her phone to even attend to me!
This time I went in I saw this same young lady and I thought to myself oh great!
However, I was attended by Cynthia and let me tell you she’s amazing! She offered to get me more sizes while I was in the fitting room so I wouldn’t have to get out and made some great recommendations for me. Who knew there were so many options for scrubs! I want to give her Kudos for an excellent job done! Thank you Cynthia!

I had the pleasure of shopping in store over the weekend. I was attended by the manager on duty Cynthia and her associate Carmen. (I made sure I got their names) They both welcomed me when I entered the store, answered some questions I had, and suggested some items I didn’t think about initially purchasing but I am so glad I did. My experience was a positive one, I’ve been into other stores where you can go in and are not even acknowledged unless you are at the register, some where they don’t ever bother to help you, and some where they push a bit much to make a sale. I observed the manger interacting with her associate and working together which was nice to see. These two ladies made a great team and the customer service was A+! If you go in to this store ask for these ladies they made my shopping experience a great one!
