Arrived to scrub and beyond this am.. No acknowledgement from staff. Felt very dry and no assistance. Walked out after 5 min.. very uncomfortable atmosphere.
Never again.

Don’t plan on finding any Tall XLarge here they only go to Tall and large. What a waste of time and gas.

Never has anyone slammed the door on a customers face like they did. We arrived at 5:30 and found the doors locked. Closing time is 6pm. When attempting to go in after some customers were trying to leave, they wouldn’t let us in just because they had to close the register early for some *clean up*. We can still see customers shopping inside. We drove 30 minutes out to get here. What a waste of a drive.

The scrubs are cute but way overpriced, yesterday's retail worker seemed to be very inconvenienced that there were customers in the store. Hopefully she finds a job she likes soon.

I wish no stars was an option. This business deserves none. I ordered scrubs online on 7/16/24. I only received part of my order. Scrubs and beyond refuse to refund me my money. Outrageous and unprofessional business!!! I will never purchase from Scrubs and beyond!!

Great customer service by employee Diane who was at the Alamo Ranch location on this day. She was very knowledgeable, patient and helpful. Found the perfect sets for my daughter who is starting school. So glad we chose to shop here.

Angel at the Alamo Ranch store went above and beyond to help me find the correct size and color. She even offered to order them and have them delivered to my house. She suggested for me to get them monogrammed! Great customer Service! I will only gets my scrubs with her!

The staff at the store are amazing. They greet everyone who comes in. Their selection is amazing and they always have what I’m looking for. This is my favorite Scrubs and Beyond in San Antonio. Also in an unrelated note, if you haven’t seen the 1999 cinematic masterpiece, The Mummy, starring Brenden Fraser, please check it out! 10/10 WOULD RECOMMEND this store and the movie.
