This is a one stop shop kind of place with excellent customer service from Matt Bueno! Matt answered all my questions and made the process so smooth. If I need any other appliance I will definitely come here again! I will be recommending this place to friends and family!

If you are looking for a bargain on appliances, this is the place to go! Matt Bueno has the best customer service that most people lack in sales and in retail stores. He answered all of my questions and made the whole process easy and enjoyable. Not to mention he showed me how well of a card dealer he is! Thank you Mat for all of your help!!!

Great customer service and a great deal. Hector was very knowledgeable and helpful without being the least bit pushy. None of their stock is used, and most of it doesn't even have obvious dents or scratches, but they test each appliance before making it available for sale (I even saw them doing so while I was there).Thanks so much, Hector! We will be back!

A clerk claimed a freezer was bigger than it was. Buyer be wary. Research the model you want carefully and shop around before buying here.Edit: owner reply claimed the info is "on the unit", photo shows that's not true.

Service was friendly & helpful. Prices were somewhat lower than retail. Delivery was quick & easy, but not cheap. The most disappointing aspect was a sign that advertised a 90 days no interest payment plan. We understood that if you paid the balance before 90 days, there would be no interest. Imagine my surprise when Acima Leasing tacked on a $25 ‘sales fee’ when I paid off the balance before the 90-day deadline. That made the actual interest about 20% APR! I wish they had told me about that before I signed up.

Everyone who worked in the store were really nice and approachable. Hector really went out of his way to help us out in showing all the models they had. He has a wealth of knowledge and really knows everything about the items that they sell. He wasnt pushy. Instead, he made sure to ask my wife the right questions to find the right appliances for our household. I just bought a fridge yesterday and we will be back to buy a washer and dryer.

Finally sitting down to write a review. This is by far my quickest and most pleasurable appliance shopping experience to date. Came in knowing what I needed. Hector helped me find what I was looking for. Then he took the time to find the best version of that fridge in the warehouse. I was excited to get a fridge I had been eyeing in one of the big box stores at a deeply discounted price. The dent is close to none existent. I would never guess that a tiny ding would discount an appliance that much. Brand new machine. Bonus, delivered that evening. I walked in between 1 and 2 pm. I will come back here when it is time to replace other appliances.
