The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. If you are a nice person, I would not recommend stepping in here. We are from out of town, looking for some cute clothes to buy. We walked in, browsed around and went to go try some clothes on while we were having a conversation with the lady who worked there and she got offended that we asked her about herself because she wouldn’t talk to us and she called us “Intrusive” and argued with me that a shirt I wanted to try on wasn’t see through… We will never return and never refer someone to this store. We went to HemLine boutique catty corner to this store and had a wonderful time, and wonderful conversation with the store manager.

This is my favorite boutique in San Antonio!! I had a private shopping party in October and I still think about it to this day. I love the staff, they are respectable and so kind. The clothing can be pricey but it's worth it for the quality and exceptional service. As a woc, I've had some unpleasant experiences at other boutiques in the past, but not once was I made to feel like an alien at Scout & Molly's. This place is a true gem.

First time shopping at Scout and Mollys during a friends private shopping party. Ashley and Jackie were super sweet and did a great job picking out items for each lady. Yes the prices are higher but you get quality for the price. Never been more pleased with a shopping experience. Will definitely be back!

This was the best shopping experience I've ever had. As someone who really needs help with styling, Francesca and her associate were top notch in really anticipating what I needed and wanted in the right size and style. I will definitely be back.

I was welcomed with warm greetings and very helpful staff. I didn’t know what I was looking for, but once I mentioned the event, we found a dress that was perfect. Thank you so much. This was my first time shopping at this boutique and I will definitely return.

Scout & Molly’s has a wonderful selection of boutique brands including Crosby by Mollie Burch, Jade, Sofia and many others. The staff is warm, inviting and helpful. Oh- and various price points, something for everyone!

The customer service is absolutely laughable. The staff have been trained to constantly follow customers while continuously making nonsensical small talk. It's to the point where you rush through the store as quick as possible just to get out of the "What are you doing the rest of the day?" chats. This was my third visit to the boutique and I will honestly hesitate entering next time... or maybe pretend to be on the phone.

Horrible return policy! I brought a shirt back 3 weeks after purchasing with tags on and receipt. I was told I couldn't even return for store credit. Sorry, I have a busy life and I can't come in to your store one week after purchase to make a return for a refund. Manager said there was nothing she could do, and could care less about keeping a customer. She further suggested I "re gift" the shirt. Nothing like spending $70 on shirt you will never be able to wear due to not fitting. I also agree with a previous review. They badger you into purchasing items. It was to the point of being annoying and uncomfortable. I would not recommend

Cute store, but subpar shopping experience. I understand sales associates are encouraged to engage with shoppers, but the amount of forced conversation was uncomfortable. She followed me around the store making constant small talk and even stood outside of the fitting room and proceeded to ask me what item I was trying on every few minutes... I would've stayed longer and purchased more if I didn't feel so badgered.

I absolutely love this boutique. Every time I’ve ordered through them, I get my order in fairly quickly through the mail, while I’ve ordered items from bigger retail chain stores weeks ago and still haven’t arrived, Scout & Molly’s will continue to have my business!

Right off the bat the store is gorgeous from the outside. Is the most beautiful clothing selection I’ve seen in a while. Is in on the pricey side but the clothes look high quality and they are so pretty. The girls in the store were super helpful and they were very attentive without being annoying. 100% recommended.
