Hot or miss here. I’ve stood in line at Avis preferred for at least 45 minutes before and no wait at all other times. It’s usually a mess though.

Excellent service. The facility is huge and very clean. It was nice and easy to go from the gate to claim bagged to the rental car center.

I rent over 100+ days a year and lots of airports nationwide every week. This by far is my favorite for best car selection, clean cars & easy in & out from airport. Negative is exit checkout seems like MANUAL process & takes long to exit especially with long line.
