I have bought SAS shoes forever, I went in today to get shoes and they never have my size so I pick a few styles and usually they order my size and I come back in to try them on. I was told they will no longer do that, I have to pay for them before I even know if they fit, ridiculous! Guess I won't buy SAS shoes anymore. Terrible customer service. Called customer service and was told it was up to the manager of the store.

I took my 81 year old client to get shoes. Walking up the concrete ramp for the handicap, I tripped on a square of raised concrete. Thankfully it was me and not her. Walking into the shop, their floor mat was warped and she got her walker stuck in it and almost fell over it. The one lady in the store was helpful. Gotta say for a store that catered not older people...it is unsafe to get to.

They have holiday hours and were open on Sunday (11-5 or 6 pm). There was an excellent sale (buy one get a second 50% off), and Tommy, the man who helped me try on a number of styles, was extremely helpful! SAS has broadened its styles and there were many options; I went with a sporty black-and-teal sneaker for only $59, which was a smoking deal. Shoe widths run an accommodating Slim, Narrow, Medium, Wide, and even wider, which makes a comfy fit extremely easy. I will be back!
