My 2 daughters went in this shop today in the way to The Alamo. The girls each fiynd a necklace and ring they wanted. I suggested they look around some more and if they didn’t find anything else, we would get them on the way back from The Alamo. They decided they wanted the things at this shop. When we walked in the lady working there jumped all over us and said some people said we were suspicious and had stolen things and she had video. I said we were coming back to buy it and why would we come back if we stole it? I asked about the video and she said she didn’t have it. She was not friendly at all, even before all that and from reading quite a few other reviews, may be in the wrong business.

Texas Hospitality! We came in for a souvenir for our son, and my husband accidentally left the keys to our rental car! We didn't realize they were missing until the shop had closed. They left a note on the door, however, letting us know our keys were in the neighboring hotel! We should have gone back to check but didn't since we knew the shop was closed. I so appreciate the effort taken by these folks to reunite us with our car keys!

I purchased some merchandise in August including a T-shirt that was not in stock. I've been waiting since for the T-shirt to arrive. Now I'm trying to contact someone at the location with no success. It's unfortunately how some businesses place such low value on customer service. I will never shop in this store again.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Horrible people and fucking scam artists too. I ordered a shirt that was supposed to be delivered to my house 2 months ago and I haven't received it. I have called numerous times, i have left voicemails and nothing. I do not live in San Antonio and I do not live close enough to drive up there. I highly recommend going elsewhere if you're looking for clothing. Screw these people. They'll take your money and forget you every existed. I paid over $50 to have the the item shipped to my house and for the product itself.

Horrible people to work for should've read the other Yelp review... I quit because she wouldn't allow me to request 4 days off 3 months in advance, only if I was sick. Then shorted my last check and blocked me on everything. after being horrible and weirdos the whole time I was working there But karma works in lovely ways

As to the comment below this one, the situation as to what they were referring to was the fact that the customer wanted to park the scooter inside the store and leave it there in front of a glass shelving unit which stands 6ft tall and this would of blocked others from entering the store, I am the assistant to the General Manger and upon seeing this review I went and pulled up our surveillance video for that day in question and not only did I see the video, I also heard the person and employee talking and found that my employee did nothing wrong and that you wanted to leave the scooter there while the customer went to the mall which was very close by. Sorry, this was seriously against code and store policy. Now as for our prices on merchandise, let me just say, those who have been to our stores, know that we are the best prices in town. Please, if you are ever in San Antonio Texas, Pleased stop by one of our stores, San Antonio Style & Silver Spur, I guarantee you will love them!! Thank you.

Lady inside was so against me leaving my personal scooter folded up in the corner while I purchase a product from the store it put a bad vibe for this place. Overpriced souvenirs and even more disappointing person working there. Learn to treat customers with respect instead of not being able to help them at all! ESPECIALLY when your store is COMPLETELY empty of customers, you would think they would want as much business as possible. Bad vibes here

San Antonio Style is a small gift shop/ souvenir shop that is very close to the Alamo. They have pins and other snack souvenirs, some t- shirts and clothing and other souvenirs. Quite small without a much selection as Life in Alamo City which is a much larger store with much better selection and array of gifts. Did buy a San Antonio pin which was a nice find.
