Best service ever! I regularly use their wash and fold service and the employees are so nice and get the job done! All of my clothes are always folded neatly and smell amazing, for me it's worth the price because it saves me the time of doing my laundry during the week and is way more convenient. The price point is reasonable and I love the 24 hr turnaround time for pickup!

With Bianca on staff there is no better place to take your laundry to wash. She does her job and does it well. She was even kind enough to share some laundry tips with me. I couldn't rave about her service in higher regard! Thank you for all your help. I appreciate your time , patience, and positive energy :)

Staff isn't helpful ignores customer. Also dryers are mostly out of service. Wash time said 30min. I set a timer. And came in 5 min early to find that the washer was already done.

Staff turns on the machines with their cards.
I waited for my clothes to be washed, placed them in a dryer, told them to turn it on because I had to go check-in in my hotel, they said "yes, in a moment," I figured I would be back and clothes would be dry, but they forgot, so now I have to wait again.
This mistake cost them 2 stars, a worker walking around with non-stop, bad music on her phone, another one, and lastly, its so hot in here.

This place is awesome, service with a smile. Martha, Gabby, and Bianca are the best. I’m visiting from out of town & they welcomed me as if they knew me. If you’re looking for a lovely place to get your clothes done or wash them yourself, this is a great spot!!!!??

Literally half their washers and dryers are “out of order”, and the employees have taken 7 baskets, and 3 of the 4 tables. The washers and dryers that aren’t out of order, the majority are being used by staff for drop off laundry.

I must say, the employee Rita is awesome! She was extremely nice and helpful when I started, and when I started dropping off my clothes to them, she would always make sure it’s all folded with care. Last time I thought I lost my clothes, due to another employee, but when I mentioned this to her she searched in their closets and found my clothes and took good care of em from there. I def recommend this place now.

Ive been to this location several times, and its been good but i came in today and had a different experience, Martha was great help to me, she also gave me a dollar to buy me a drink, and one of the dryer i was using wasn't working properly so she transferred my clothes to another dryer and she gladly paid for another it. Thank you Martha much appreciated.

More than half the machines are out of order. They charge you $2.00 for a card??? So i basically paid $5 for a $3 wash. Then i went to load another $2 to dry and only then did i find out there's a $5 minimum. Seems deceptive. Dirty . Crowded. Overall a terrible experience. Will not return
