Spent $200 on roses and a vase for valentines. Young lady-Asked if i wanted them wrapped in brown paper.Said yes, (they always do this and it looks presentable- they organize the flowers etc. ).Today- Young lady proceeds to just throw in the roses covered in plastic with their branding & barcodes into brown paper. Looks tacky. I ask if we can have them removed from the clear plastic and into the brown paper.she says no because its valentines???? What?I understand it is the busiest , if not one of the busiest days of the year. However, It takes 5 minutes to do at this time there was maybe a handful of customers inside-no line- as a business owner myself i would be ONTOP of customer service on the busiest day of the year and be prepared.I wont be back ill go elsewhere even if i have to spend more money.

I think it's one of the best flower companies in San Antonio. They have Gladiolus that are fresh and will last a week or more.

This is a secret gem for anyone who loves flowers, gifting them, using them for special occasions, or an event planner. The way I see San Antonio Flowers is how they do have large clients whom they provide inventory for (like florists), but they are open to the general public which is like winning the floral lottery. Every time I've gone I've been able to have assistance in whipping up the creation and bringing it to life. I also have had friends go and tell me their same experience. If you're missing any floral supplies or you're like me who realizes it's more than parchment paper or a vase, they have everything you need and you can buy the supplies for your own projects as well. They're more than just flowers though as they also deal with plants and landscaping! (You can check out my original review below which is where my 5-star lovel for them started!)

We ordered flowers for my aunt who is in the hospital. Ordered last night and they were delivered today. First time ordering and will definitely order again. Flowers were beautiful and the colors were awesome.

COOLEST FLOWER SHOP IN TOWN. it's expensive but worth it! You can gift one flower instead of a dozen of plain old roses. People love getting a flower they've never seen instead of the plain arrangements were used to seeing.

I was trying to create a very simple bouquet for a birthday gift utilizing this floral shop. I was able to find the peonies I was looking for however they were quite expensive per stem. Their selection and service is great however the price tag was a bit much.

They had beautiful flowers but prices aren't posted and when I went to pay it was way way way overpriced. I bought the flowers anyways because I hadn't been able to find them elsewhere. Unfortunately the next day I found what I was looking for at $8. I paid $37 at San Antonio Flowers for the EXACT SAME FLOWERS!!! Plus service is really slow and they put customers they were helping ahead of me in line even though I was standing and waiting patiently at register for 10 minutes. So I waited 10 more minutes for them to check out customer they put ahead of me. Bad service and ridiculous prices. Nope, I'm never going back there.

LOVE that yall are open later than some of the discount floral suppliers. Live material is superior!.Staff willing&helpful w selections and nomenclature, putting selections on hold for me etc. My Club fundrainer event centerpieces were a hit! Everything held up well! THANK Ya'll!

Our design studio decided to take on the responsibility of a floral installation to meet our client's marketing budget. The flowers were a critical component to the launch of the brand at a nearby trade show, making us a bit nervous as first time clients. First time there today, and what an awesome experience! I went to get flowers for my family as I visit them, and John was so very helpful. He even kindly put my flowers in the new vases I also purchased there. I LOVE my flowers!! ? My family as well. Thank you John and staff for a great experience! I will be back.
