If your going ask for card at entrance you should ask everyone entering not pick and choose to be fair. You look like you are discriminating.

Ridiculous. I had a pickup order scheduled for 11-12 pickup time and it is 12:20 and I’m still sitting here waiting. Order hasn’t even updated as ready and I have stuff I need to get done. This is not how you do business. Another lady got mad and left. They couldn’t even let me know the order was going to be late. Nobody even came up to me to ask me if I needed anything. Very poor customer service.
Update: spoke to someone and they said it was a glitch on my end. However, it is almost 2 hours past the time I was supposed to pick up and I have been sitting here the entire time. No one has come up to me even after my husband spoke on the phone with the manager and expressing concerns. No regard for customers at all.

Scan and go! The greatest invention ever! Thank you Sams Club. Fast, and painless. It takes all the frustration out of shopping on busy days.

I've always been satisfied with Sam's Club curbside service. It's very convenient and efficient. If an item requires replacement or refund for some reason, Sam's Club accommodates accordingly. The workers are friendly and helpful.

I like the parmigiano reggiano and i rarely see it at this Sam’s. It is advertised but rarely available. Annoying.

Terrible customer service. Employee told us not to buy the rest of our flooring because it would always be in stock... 3 months later, after doing over 3k sqft, they don't have the last bedroom we need and we have to order online and pay twice the price plus $300 for shipping.
Even told us to order it online then they would adjust the price so I ordered it and now they won't adjust the price... feeling like ripping it all up and returning it all, then go with floor and decor.
