Sam's Club in San Antonio offers members a range of products and services at warehouse club prices. Members can enjoy savings on groceries, pharmacy, optical, home furnishings, office supplies, TVs, and more. The club also provides early shopping hours from Monday to Saturday, allowing members to shop before regular hours. The store is generally clean and easy to navigate, with convenient features like scan and go for quick shopping. The pharmacy benefits, especially through the Plus membership, are highly valued by customers. One reviewer mentioned that the Plus membership allows them to get prescriptions for free, saving a significant amount of money and providing essential support during tough times. Customers also appreciate friendly staff and good prices on pet foods and gas. However, there are some areas for improvement. Several reviews highlighted issues with curbside pickup, describing long wait times and difficulty reaching customer service. One customer experienced a delay of over 20 minutes with a crying baby in the car, which was frustrating. The food court was noted as needing help, with slow service and undercooked hot dogs. Some shoppers found the store's selection lacking certain items they usually buy, like specific cheeses and salmon, leading to disappointment. Additionally, packaging sizes can be too large for individuals shopping alone, prompting some to prefer shopping at other stores for certain items. Overall, Sam's Club in San Antonio is valued for its savings, pharmacy benefits, and friendly service, despite some logistical and product selection issues.
We I do my shopping at Sam’s Club, I usually o to the cafe and get me a slice of pizza or hotdog with a drink. One of the perks of membership!

Nice clean store but doesn't have a lot of the items we really look for when we go to Sam's like some of the cheeses that we really like and especially the blackened salmon or teriyaki salmon. Also no red onions. Disappointing trip. Won't be back as it's just too much trouble for nothing.
