People are sooooo rude here and the food court is ALWAYS backed up. Shouldn't take 30-45min to get a slice of pizza and this is almost EVERYTIME.

The food court here is soooo slow. I am fairly certain that it must be run by snails. I mean really.. there were 5 people in front of me when I got in line at 11:02am. It was finally my turn at 11:25! I have gone to an actual restaurant and had my whole meal come out faster than this was! No wonder people are leaving here to go to Costco

I love this place to shop in bulk but also come here for the pizzas there cheaper than little ceaser and a lot bigger pizza for the price and fresh

Always come to this Sams to buy or things. Very well stocked today and the lines for check out weren't long. Clean store, friendly staff today.Everything I was there to get was there which made my visit quick and painless.Thank you for everything.

I canceled my membership at Sam's due to their carelessness and poor and egregious operation of the Cafe. I placed an order for 5 pizzas for a function. I was on the phone waiting over 21 mins either because they were not answering and at one moment, or they answered the phone and just laid the receiver on the counter WITHOUT saying good morning or please hold. Finally, after 5 mins of holding, the worker picks up the phone to then ask "How may I help you." I asked why it took so long to answer the phone, the worker asserted one person was taking orders and the other person was cooking, Wow only two workers. I called Costco on I-35 who IMMEDIATELY answered and my order was placed in less than 1 min. I then drove to Sam's, spoke to the manager, who didn't correct the problem, she apologized then offered me. $20 Cafe coupon... I declined the coupon and cancelled my membership. I gave them great business but not anymore! Even though Sam's on Judson and I-35 is closer, it is definitely worth me driving to Costco. Here's the irony, my mother, who was with me, told me to go to Costco from the beginning!!! Kenneth Davison Sr.

We went for the first time since 1992.Your associates,from CS where we picked up our membership cards,in the store while looking and shopping,cashier and then leaving,were so friendly and kind.Clean,friendly and great products.We are in our mid 70’s and truly appreciate your staff.

I prefer Sam's Club Pharmacy over Costco. I used to mainly use Costco, but the pharmacy prices are better at Sam's club. I just wish the parking was more ample or that curbside was available for pharmacy pick-up.

This is the second time I had to use the automotive services at this location. The first time was for a tire on my girlfriends vehicle and this time with a battery replacement on mine. The staff is friendly, professional and takes care of the service quickly. I would recommend to anyone I know.

The gas here is almost always the lowest gas within at least a 30 mile radius. The guys that walk around the pumps are always nice too. Richard is the best! I see him helping people out all of the time. If he's not helping someone w something, he's picking up trash or cleaning around the pumps. Think about it, he's so nice I have learned his name!!! He is 5 stars! The lines & parking lot being all open together is 1 star. People trying to drive through the middle of the long lines from the parking lot causes a compete cluster..... Sam's needs to divide the parking lot fr the gas station in a way to prevent people from doing d*** things like that bc most people do not have common sense. If only it actually was common.

I want to talk about what happened tonight at the Sam's Club off 35 and Judson rd. I was in line to get my family a pizza and 2 men who were deaf were trying to order 2 slices of pizza. The men had phones and pads of paper with pens trying to write down what they wanted to order. The lady would hardly acknowledge them. She got the order completely wrong and when he tried to tell her the order was wrong she ignored him. When I spoke up for him and communicated with the two men with the little bit of sign language I know and writing to them. I tried to speak to the lady and she said she didn't want to deal with it. She was busy and couldn't read or write well enough to communicate with him and I said then you need to get a manager to help him. And I can hear and speak just fine and I'm telling you that his order is wrong can you fix it. She told me no. So he was so frustrated His friend said let's just leave so they did. I called a manager over and told her what just happened and asked if any of the staff is trained to help people who are blind or deaf and she said no that there is no point since it's not enough of the population to worry about. I am angry, offended, and in shock how these two men who pay for a membership were treated. I will shop at Costco from now on. I will be contacting corporate management and speaking up for those that can not do it. This was wrong. I am ashamed that I was the only one in a line of 20 people to reach out and offer help. We need to do better. I can't imagine how much masks and covid has hurt people who can't hear and depend on reading lips and people's faces. I have 2 family members who are deaf and they struggle every day. We really need to just do better as a community to help each other. I will be canceling my Sam's Club membership.

This review is specific to the gas station part of Sam's. Pros? Gas prices are always the lowest in town so cant complain there, and yes they do have many stalls. The problem is it's always packed with cars which interferes with regular parking. Pumps are slow flow, big time so you will be filling up for a good minute. I have met 3 attendants that work the lot and 2 of them are about as unprofessional as it gets. The 3rd one is nice and tries to help but doesn't really seem to grap how everything works.
